    Took my Grand Cherokee in for an oxygen sensor.
    Q outed 130 plus tax. Final bill 162 including tax. Not bad and part was correct Chrysler part and labor was fair. They also checked everything out and corrected all the recalls. The recall

    Buying the car was the easy part. Trying to get service is a disaster. You always get the recording that they are experiencing high call volume. Was told by 2 different reps that customer service manager would call me back shortly. # hours no call when I called back snotty chic tells me how busy they are are I should get a call by the end of the day. Both were are that I had complete brake failure and stranded. Took another day to finally get a call back, then it was a voice mail well hope you sorted out your problem. Had I know I never would have bought from them I am not a valued customer but an inconvenience to their day.

    I think Dick Hannah Honda was deceptive. They promised me an additional 100K Mile warranty with price of the car. The kept making mistakes on the contract & it took 8 hours to conclude the deal, they even turned the lights out (they were closing) & I didn't see they were charging me an additional $2300 for the service contract. Because we were getting the last minute rush I missed that charge on the contract, if I would have seen it, I would have objected. Our understood agreement was the Extended warranty was thrown in to get our business. We are the ones that got the business. They also brought in a closer in addition to my salesman to grind me down on my trade in. I called back a week later to talk to my salesman & was informed he was no longer with the company. As far as the Customer for Life program. If you don't do every frivolous fluid change & other maintenance they recommend (hundreds of dollars worth) every time they tell you, that deal is off. They got me once, they won't get me again.

    There are no complaints from me. I guess people are more inclined to post bad comments instead of good... surprising?..lol : )

    To tell you the truth, I bought my Honda car and get serviced at Dick Hannah and I get nothing short of excellent service. The people there are great and they follow through with integrity. One time, I was out of my warranty by a few weeks and instead of stiffing me, Dick Hannah decided to pay for my transmission even though they didn't have to. Since the car was consistently serviced with them, I guess they decided to provide good service.

    I highly recommend Dick Hannah. They have stores all over the place, Portland, Vancouver, and Longview. If you leave in these areas, give them a shot to see for yourself. I actually chose Hannah after having bad service elsewhere.

    Never again. I bought a used car from them and had nothing but problems with the entire transaction. They promised a copy of the check list that showed their mechanic had inspected the car. Never got it. The next day I went out to leave work and the car would not start. It took 5 hours to get someone to fix it. They expected ME to pay for the tow from Portland to fix it. As it turned out - there was an alarm in the car and instead of uninstalling it they simply cut the wire. They also tried to charge me more money the day after the deal - and yet did not have my trade-in so I was going to be out of a car completely if I did not fork over more cash. Did I mention that it had a tranny replaced? with the WRONG part? I paid for an extended warranty (on a used car) and was promised by everyone (and in writing) that it would work wherever I took the car. Then after the sale they told me I had to take it back to Vancouver to get it serviced. My dealership called and got that fixed, after a lot of argument. I could go on?but I think you get the idea. I have since heard nothing but bad stories about the Hannah family of dealerships. Not one person I know has ever had a good experience with their sales department.

    PROS: At least now I know
    CONS: Entire transaction - before, during and after the sale
