I have been with Greystone for about 8 years now and I really do think they have some of the best midwives & doctors. All 4 of my children have been delievered by a midwife at Greystone. They really do care about my health and the health of my baby!! \r\n

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNHELPFUL & INCONSIDERATE STAFF! I called in since I just found out I'm pregnant. Called in there because the midwifes and doctors were highly recommended to me. Called in Thursday was told to submit information online and create an account. So I did. Friday I can only submit one of the forms the website will not show any other forms. I was told to call back on Monday BC according to one of the ladies there this was an on going problem and that i wasn't the only one going through this. Monday comes (today) I'm finally able to view the other form needed to filled out around 4:00 PM. so I fill them out. I call them to let them know they are done and i need to schedule an appt. the GIRL answering the phone answered the giggling and laughing and said ....they CANT! ""PROTOCOL is they cannot schedule an appt until all paperwork is in."" Well paperwork WAS in except their system was not updating it! How is that my problem and/or my fault.? ... WOW!!!* If I'm going through this right now just trying to get in there how will it be later on. NO THANK YOU!* NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND DUE TO STAFF.

Honestly, I've been going to Greystone for a number of years now. I have some issues that have been a bit difficult to figure out. Frankly, they still haven't figured it out. \n\nI can't take birth control. My body just can't handle it. I have been on 8 different types over the years. Most recently, I'm 3 on 1 off, and my hair is falling out by the handfuls every day. I called Greystone, and when I complained to the nurse about what was happening, I was told to ""suck it up"". Her words.\n\nOne of the doctors at Greystone performed surgery on me, and while I was in recovery, told my family about my medical history. I am an adult, and live on my own. I don't share all of my personal things with my parents and grandparents. Especially when it is all associated with my sex life. However, my doctor seemed to think that would be okay.\n\nThose things on top of the fact that even if you have the first appointment of the day and are on time, they will more than likely be running late. \n\nI will be finding a new doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Robinson's for 13 years and just love him and his staff. They have been wonderful over the years. It's so good to have a doctor that remembers what you've had done and asks you how you are doing, not just how you are feeling. They're like family and they know me...

After moving to the Rockdale area almost 3 years ago it was time for me to find another OB/GYN. I searched for weeks even before we found out I was pregnant just to go with Greystone. Who might I mention came highly recommended. I was impressed with their decor and friendly staff at first. When I called to make my appt I clearly told her I was a new paitent and was expecting. To my dismay I go in for my 1st appointment, they did not know I was new nor did they know I was pregnant. My appointment was at 2:00 and was called back at 2:54. I went back for bloodwork 2 weeks later to have the lady tell me they did not have any of my insurance info in the system and that I would probably be billed for this $300 visit. Now 2 weeks later on a Firday after the office had already closed for the day I received a letter in the mail stating that I was being referred to a specialist. You could only imagine the thoughts running through my head. It was NEVER discussed that I was going to be referred to a specialist for anything. I called that Monday to voice my concerns and the nurse unapologetically said. ""well im sorry"" To say the least i am unhappy with the staff, but the Doctors & midwives are wonderful. They are the only reason I am not switching.

I have been a patient at Greystone OBGYN for the past 5 years and would encourage anyone in the area looking for an OB to choose this office. The office is not only clean with state of the art equipment, but the doctors and staff are all top notch. My physician there is Tim Cowthorn and He has delivered my last three children. Dr. Cowthorn is knowledgeable, caring, & professional. Despite me being a high risk patient with all of my deliveries Dr. Cowthorn has always made me feel confident that everything would be fine and put my nerves at ease!
