Western Dental

When I went there with my boyfriend we had to sit there for HOURS before he got called in. Waiting in the waiting room is like playing musical chairs. You get up and your seat is tooken in a matter of seconds. The people at the front desk get really rude and so does everyone else there. Some little 4 year old girl sat in the middle of the ground screaming and crying. She started cursing at me for looking at her, then she flipped me off and her mom did nothing to stop her.

This place is grotesque and people there aren't very professional.

I've been to Western Dental more then I should, consider that you wait FOREVER until you are seen and you don't always get taken care of what you went in for! Even though I gave them my first name, they entered my name wrong into the system. I told them that every time I went in and it still was never fixed. If you have to go here, just be warned that you'll be waiting for a long time.

PROS: Can often get a same day appointment
CONS: LONG waiting time.
