A group of 13 came in for lunch. We were the only people in the restuarant. It did take awhile for the food to arrive but the food is really good. We told the waitress that we wanted seperate tickets when we ordered. When she came back (finally) for us to pay she had one ticket and told us they do not have the capabilities to split tickets and for us to write our names on the back and how much to charge our cards.Actually she wanted us to figure out our own tax and gratuity would be added when she charged the card. We all did this, she runs off to figure out the mess and 20 minutes later comes with our receipts. The people who paid cash did not even get the correct change. One person was shorted $6.00 but at this point we all just wanted to get out of there. WHAT A MESS AND TOOK ENTIRELY TOO LONG!!

The initial venue we selected for our son's rehearsal dinner closed their doors three days before the wedding. We contacted Vivo because it was relatively close to the wedding venue, our hotel and we had read good reviews about the restaurant. Ernest the manger was very congenial and was able to accommodate our 40 guests with only a few days notice.

We selected 6 menu items for the guests to choose from. Ernest created customized menus with the Bride and Groom's names. Our servers were attentive and ensured we had plenty of chips and salsa. They kept our drinks filled and were helpful answering questions about the menu items. Once we ordered, the food arrived hot and in a reasonable timeframe. All of the guests commented on the excellent service and tasty food. After the meal, all of the ladies received a long stem rose. We received all of this for a very reasonable price. We were overall very pleased with the selection and found Ernest and his staff to be very customer service oriented.

Pros - 5 stars for;

Cons: (the only reason we didn't give it 5 stars)
The only thing that we found as a potential negative was that the artwork on the walls was a little risqu for our very conservative group. (pastors, teens and kids)
