I agree about the cleaning experience from CMoe. My spouse and I both had our teeth cleaned there by a young woman who appeared to be inexperienced or experienced without proper education. Neither of us found it particularly painful but both of us agreed she was ill-trained and our ""cleaned?"" teeth did not look it.\n\nI had trouble with one particular area in my mouth. I felt as though the office was taking a dart board and hoping for a fix. Did they miss anything? I feels like it and based on my last cleaning (not by them) could four teeth really have been as cracked as they are since my last cleaning and office visit with Koudio. I guess it's possible but unlikely. I did have fairly major work and they just seemed to keep their fingers crossed it would stop the pain. It did not. I also didn't go back and decided my best bet was to learn to deal with it.\n

These guys are the best! Their staff is really what makes them shine. I wish I could remember EVERYONE'S name so that I could mention them all personally. Everyone is just the best, I really couldnt ask for a better experience. Its a shame that the other person reports having had such a bad experience, I wonder if it is because of this review that the last time when I was in I heard the reservationists politely arguing that it would be impossible to give a quote over the phone without an in person assessement.

The tech who cleaned my teeth was sweet (and non judgemental-hehe), the reservationist is just as friendly as can be, and the dentist himself although very quiet has demonstrated a unique kind of brillance by assembling such an efficient and friendly team around him- and if you ask me Deborah is the heart and soul of the operation. She took the time to not only explain to me, in depth and with much question asking and repetition, exactly what I needed done and in what order. She then got online and researched my particular type of insurance and came up with a plan for how best to use the monies allotted. She made 7 different calls to different root canal specialists to find out who would expect the least amount of money up front to do my operation (as most expect you to pay out of pocket and solicit reimbursement later) and made a pros and cons list for me to take home and consider.

Deb has called me multiple times to "check-in on me" knowing I am in a lot of pain in the meantime, and has gone well beyond what anyone would ever expect to make sure that Im ok. I will go here forever, and one day my kids will too.

Thank you so so much. I have never had such a pleasant experience with any medical facility.

By the end I felt violated.\n\nThey quoted me one price on the phone which was totally different from what they charged me. I understand a few dollars difference but this was plus 50%.\n\nThe cleaning tech looked harried like she wasn't going to get a lunch. The cleaning was painful. All the while, I heard an older gentleman in the next room trying unsuccessfully to have a conversation about his treatment plan. He was very exasperated. The dentist came in at the end told me I had 5 cavities and they printed out a quote for over $700.\n\nI decided to drive 5 hours to see my old family dentist for a second opinion. He was dumbfounded: first by the rates on the quote, then told me he would only be filling one tooth identified by Kouadio, and he would be filling a second tooth (a front tooth!) that was in very bad need that Kauadio hadn't even listed on the quote!\n\nI am so glad I did not shell out that much money for 4 totally unnecessary fillings! What an awful experience, and imagine, I waited several weeks to see this guy.\n\n(My old dentist got me in on the day I asked for 2 weeks out, no problems.)\n\nAll this said the receptionist is a ball of sunshine, what a sweetheart. Too bad she works for such an inept staff.
