This place is a joke. My boyfriend purchased his car here and has some rewards card there so he keeps pushing me to go to use some kind of credit. The first time I took my focus there for an oil change they forgot to put my oil cap back on so my engine was covered in oil. Aside from that being terrible for the car I love, their apology was forced by my boyfriend and all I got was a hose-down of my engine and a free car wash. Not to mention the receptionist that's always there is always incredibly rude. I work reception at a hospital and if I treated clients like that I would not have a job.This woman doesn't give a damn about anything, I always receive dirty looks when I'm not being completely ignored by her. I had another wonderful experience with her today when my boyfriend pushed me to give them one more shot. I walk in, she looks up and asks if I need help so I tell her what's wrong with my car and she says okay and proceeds to walk away and start eating her lunch that another employee had just brought in without saying anything to me. So I wait a minute and another woman at a smaller desk asks if I'm being helped, the first woman tells her I'm waiting for someone so the other woman shrugs and doesn't say anything more. Finally a gentleman asks if I need help and I tell him what's wrong and he is much nicer but said it would be a 30 minute wait. At least he gave me a good excuse to leave and now I will NEVER come back. I drove right over to Firestone where they helped me promptly even without a designated receptionist, they said they would have everything done by the time I needed my car for work even though they were very busy. When I decided to hold off on getting new tires they put my spare on for me and didn't even charge me a penny. All in all; a much better experience. Ford should be ashamed to have their name on George Wall's dealership. I did have a better experience previously when they were trying to sell me a car (go figure) from George Wall himself but his front desk employees are rude and don't give a damn and their techs are plain careless.
