Two things stick out to me here: 1. It's a piece of cake to call up and schedule an appointment. 2. Once the appointment comes you're not in the waiting room very long.

My physician always takes his time with me to make sure we go over everything. Nothing is left untouched. So when I walk out, I always feel very comfortable and feel like we covered everything.

I have been going to Fenton Medical since 1971, I have always got very good attention, and I think the staff as well as the nurses and Doctors are great. I feel like family there not just a number. Thanks Fenton Medical for all you support and help over the years.

Fenton Medical Center is poorly ran. Many of the staff are unpleasant to deal with ( not all, just most!). I have been in for appointments several times and have never actually seen a doctor, I always see a PA. I have never received what I feel to be good medical attention at this place. I will be taking my health care someplace else.

Fenton Medical Center has become to large! They have lost their personal touch and are only concerned about getting as many people in the door and out the door per day as possible. You can almost never see an MD so you must start out seeing a Physician Assistant and after 3 office visits they will refer you to the MD becuase they realize they can't help you. You end up paying 3 office calls before you see a doctor! When the MD does see you they don't know you at all!! Over the years they have dropped the ball several times while treating members of my family resulting in expensive and extensive hospital stays!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM FENTON MEDICAL CENTER....unless you have money to burn and 9 lives!!!!!!!

Fenton Medical Center has become to large! They have lost their personal touch and are only concerned about getting as many people in the door and out the door per day as possible. You can almost never see an MD so you must start out seeing a Physician Assistant and after 3 office visits they will refer you to the MD becuase they realize they can't help you. Our MD of ten years who practices out of Fenton Medical Center, 102 N Adelaide, Fenton, MI is highly knowledgeable, very thorough, caring and pleasant. We adore her. But, this care is negatively offset by clinic's unprofessional treatment of patients by the majority of its very large office staff -- do not return phone calls/messages, calls indefinitely put on hold or disconnected entirely, deny promises to follow up. After ten long years of this, I need to write this review. Substandard admin services from the top down, AT EVERY MEASURABLE LEVEL. \r\n \r\nMy medical needs are basic. One exception: A Federally-regulated prescription for my child?s attention disorder. Can only be picked up or mailed to my home. Can?t be called in to the pharmacy. Almost every month for ten years (less a year when doctor joined an unaffiliated practice but unfortunately returned to this clinic), I can count on ONE HAND how many times the staff could locate the monthly Rx renewal in patient-pick up folder ? even when I confirmed it was ready. Not only can they typically not find the Rx, I sense no concern they even care. \r\n\r\nAnother concern is that while the Fed requires twice yearly exams in order for our doctor to continue dispensing this Rx, this clinic requires three exams yearly.\r\n\r\nIt is exhausting experience. My one star rating is for our wonderful doctor.
