I have been to several chiros in the past and I can tell you they are not all the same. Dr. Hughes helped me more than any of the others. He's not just about popping joints, or running therapies on my back. Instead, he actually changes posture and alignment through corrective posture treatments, exercises and in-office bracing. I used to hurt after gardening. I could hardly stand up after bending over for a while. Dr. Hughes had me use ""wobble chair"" therapy to pump the discs in my back and that has made all the difference. My deteriorated disc never bothers me now! I can garden to my heart's content and never feel stiff afterwards. I feel better at 56 than I did at 46!
