The optometrist was pleasant to talk to, but my contacts took a month to arrive, and when they finally did they were the wrong prescription. By that time I NEEDED contacts, so I called the store immediately to find out that they're closed on Wednesdays (random but true). I was given the run-around by customer service since this store is a franchise, so the central Pearle Vision doesn't have access to their records. The problem was eventually ironed out after days of phone conversations with both customer service and the store. Overall, a huge waste of time for contacts that should've taken 15 minutes total to re-order. Will definitely think twice before using this store again.
Dr. Klein has been treating eyes for almost 30 years, and you can tell. He's a great doctor, loves Chicago more than anybody, and the staff there are friendly, helpful, and I ended up getting a really cool pair of glasses so for the first time I don't look like a dork. Thanks!!!
