Actually, minus 5 stars. Dr. Snow is one of Kapsner's employees. I went to him for a simple neck adjustment which he'd done well before. This time, however, I immediately developed additional problems. After Snow had performed a few more adjustments I was still getting worse, so I asked him for a referral. He refused to refer me to another chiropractor, and said I ""didn't trust him enough."" So I kept going to him, and kept getting worse for over three months. He said he ""did exactly the same thing"" every time I came, and it certainly didn't seem to be working, because I kept getting worse - it was harder and harder to breathe, and then my voice started to fail, and I was in constant pain. All he would look at was his computer, and how my chin was lined up. It was very difficult to get him to examine any other area, even when the pain went all the way from my neck to my hips and my legs started cramping, and nerves were pinched between my ribs. I asked him to please check his work each time before he sent me home, and he got all cop-faced and accused me again of not trusting him enough...but he wouldn't check to see where the bones had landed after his adjustments. I kept getting more disabled, with more pain. By the time he told me to move along elsewhere (but still refused to refer me) I had paid nearly $700, and was unable work 8 hour shifts on the phone because breathing and speaking were so difficult with so many muscles in spasm. I wrote my experience in detail and got it to Dr. Kapsner, and he sent back the message through his office manager that Snow's treatment of me was ""appropriate."" Kapsner refused to give me a refund (but he arranged for four massages which cost him about $80 total) and when I was in one of his clinics sobbing with the pain, he refused to even see me or examine me. I'm still trying to recover, and it's cost me over $2000 in lost work and paying for treatments elsewhere. But hey, it's all good! He's got his money.
