I am incredibly disappointed with Bold Screen Printing. I had ordered shirts for my small construction company from them in that past because they were cheap, with ok results. Then, I placed a reorder for the same dark grey shirts, and Bold sent white ones! (white doesn't work well in construction as it will get dirty the first day). When I complained, they showed total indifference. They refused to refund me and refuse to send the correct shirts. After a frustrating few days, I even offered to split the cost of the mistake with Bold. Their managers refused, offing a 5% discount for their own mistake! Horrible customer support, a disorganized design team, and a company that could care less about their customers. That what you are likely to get with Bold Screen Printing. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
