She implied that my daughter would be kicked out of their Bothell campus because of this review of their Woodinville campus, and threatened me with a law suit for libel and slander.

Just re-read the review and stand by what I said: it's the truth. I should add that when I said the school did nothing, I meant essentially nothing. They paid lip service to doing something, but ultimately the situation remained the same -- the child is still in the classroom. Sad that instead of reading negative reviews and finding ways to improve their school, upper management calls and threatens parents for excercising their right to free speech.

This school seems nice when you tour it -- the administrators do a good job selling it and pulling the wool over parents' eyes -- but if you look (which the administration STRONGLY discourages with drop off and pick up at the curb and all communications going through the administration, essentially cutting off parent/teacher communication as much as possible) you start to see some cracks. The teachers are dissatisfied with their jobs and it shows. The administrators do not support the teachers, and I've even heard teachers and administrators yelling at and threatening children. The class sizes are huge and there don't seem to be any admissions criteria other than ability to pay. Violent children are allowed to stay despite repeated offenses. My child was injured on multiple occasions by the SAME child and the administration did NOTHING to address the problem because they didn't want to lose tuition. Well, they lost mine.
