I took a friend of mine to the store for an eye exam and new glasses, from the minute we walked in the door there were friendly helpful faces every where we turned. I enjoyed gormet coffie and friendly conversation with employees and costomers while waiting for my friend. Sadly, my friend ended up needing cataract surgery, but Pearl vision scheduled every thing and we left there set up and well informed about what came next. I was very pleased by our experience, and can cofidently recomend them to friends and family.

I went into Pearle Vision in the Spokane Valley on Tuesday, July 26, 2011. When I walked in with my 9yr. old daughter, a saleswoman asked what she could help me with. I told her I was looking for a pair of glasses for my daughter. As I was answering her, I looked at the wall of youth frames and it was almost completely bare. I walked over and looked at what they had anyway. There was nobody else in the store, however, the saleswoman that greeted me when I walked in could not bother to pull her hiney off of the chair she was sitting in to make any attempt at trying to help us. After several minutes of her watching us but making no attempt to offer any sort of assistance, I grabbed my daughter and left. If they aren't interested in my money, I will take it somewhere else.
