We love Pediatric Therapy Associates! My child has been going there for over five years now. The quality of care has been nothing short of par excellence. The front office is always very welcoming. The therapists have gone above and beyond

Wow, what a great group of therapists! We've been with them on and off for years and have been able to stay with the same therapists the entire time. Our child has a rare disease and the physical therapist's acute observations help lead

I absolutely would recommend Pediatric Therapy Associates as compared with other therapists we have experienced in the past. I would recommend them highly to anyone if you are looking for therapists that really care for their patients.

Our son attends speech therapy in the Raleigh office at PTA and it is an awesome place. My son looks forward to his visit each week and he has made tremendous progress. The therapists in Raleigh are all so full of positive energy; it is therapeutic for me as a parent to know that I have a support group at PTA. My therapist told me that she loves the option of working a four day week. It is nice for me as a working parent because the four day week allows after work hour appointments for my son. My therapist is always cheerful, kind and patient and my son has made tremendous progress. The past two years seem to be years of great bounty for the folks at PTA as I have seen many staff pregnancies. My speech therapist said that it was an in-house joke to not drink the water at PTA, but she said that the good news is that all staff come back after their babies because PTA offers flexible scheduling options making for a great family atmosphere. Our son loves his therapist and I love all of the kind hearted staff. Our therapist has helped my son to learn to talk and has helped me to be a better at helping with his words at home by giving me homework to do.

My son attended the Raleigh office before I removed him from therapy at PTA. While we liked each and every therapist we worked with, they kept leaving. It was so difficult for him to bond and form meaningful relationships with his therapists when every time we turned around we were given some excuse of another as to why we needed to change therapists because ours was no longer going to be working there. I'm leery of the fact that the turnover is so high. One of our therapists told us the staff work a 10.5 hour work day with only a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. A schedule like that takes a definite toll on the employees and inevitably the quality of services. We had to switch our appointment for an evening appointment at 6pm one day, and our normally sweet, caring, and energizing (seen in the morning) therapist, who had been working with special needs children since 8am that day, was burnt out, exhausted, and seemed to have nothing left to give. I can't say that I blame her. To think they do that day in and day out, it has to effect the quality of the therapy. I just couldn't keep my son in an environment where I knew the staff were unhappy and leaving, and we couldn't establish any consistency with the therapists we were seeing.
