Over the years I have had a Honda Accord fixed by them and a Nissan Maxima. Both cars were a good experience. Nobody is happy that their car is getting fixed after a wreck because they know it's never going to be new again but that's the way it is and that is what you agree to when you buy insurance. They won't buy you a new car. Both my cars that were fixed at Ben Clymers were done in a timely manner and they communicated with us all the way through the process. In fact the adjuster told me that they send pictures to the insurance company showing the progress every day. So I know for a fact they don't stall on vehicles. The paint matched perfectly and I have never had a problem with the vehicles relating to the repair. I have since sold both cars but held on to them for years without issue. I'm leaving a review now because it seems that when people are happy customers they drive off into the sunset and never give it another thought. When they are irritated because the insurance company didn't total their car they get online an write negative reviews. That just strikes me as unfair to the vendor, particularly when two different dealerships told me that Ben Clymers is the best and the only shop the dealership ever uses and thats why I went to them. I am a happy customer and this is a good review.

After an accident in 2006, my car spent more than 6 weeks at Ben Clymers. The estimate was two weeks. After five weeks, the car was ready to go. When we got there, the manager showed me my car, only to have the radiator hose explode and burn not only myself and my father but the manager as well. Also missing, the emblem on the front of my car that had conveniently blown off during a test drive. This combined with numerous other problems had the car in and out of their shop for an aggregate of 8 weeks. Flash forward 4 years and the paint they applied peeled off my car. The estimate, 3 days to fix. Final time to fix 9. Flash forward to today, the grill to my car that they removed to fix the paint, falls off and chips my paint. When pointed out, the tech questions how that could happen - read the work order you created. It is item #2. Now the fun part, waiting to see how long it will take for them to fix yet another mistake they made with my car.

The service here is fantastic! I came here a few months ago to get my windshield repaired and not only were they fast, the services were very reasonably priced! I honestly think they should have 5 stars because I always get screwed over by mechanics and get overcharged and here they made me feel like family!

I brought my hyundai in and they did great work. Honestly the only reason they didn't get a 5 star is because I haven't been to that many bodyshops so it's hard to compare. But I didn't have alot of hassle and it looks and runs just like it did before the accident so I guess it's good right? Good service.

They're a great place to go for big stuff but the latest experience with a simple mirror replacement was horrible. They will blow you off and not pay any attention to you. One week they told me they had ordered it and it was on its way but a week later said they did not even order it.

I have never been in an accident before, and had never had to get body work done on my car until this month. Ben Clymers' was recommended by our insurance, and they made the whole experience much easier. It is the cleanest automotive shop I have ever been to, and they are experienced at handling the insurance side of the issue as well as fixing the problems with the car.
