They love dogs and love their job. Johnny and Tyler have helped me out of situations when i thought i had no other choice. They watch my dog when i am away, walk my dog every day, and have actually become friends through the process. They are wonderful! And anyone would be lucky to have their pet taken care of by them.

I have boarded my dog with them three times. I was willing to pay $45/day because I was under the impression she was in doggy daycare all day playing with the other dogs. Their website leads you to believe that "dog friendly" dogs will be in daycare throughout the day and placed in their (tiny) room at night. Their policy is actually to put your dog to be in doggy daycare for only a couple hours a day if you are boarding for more than 4 days. The rest of the time, they are sitting in their tiny room by themselves, with 4-5 walks to allow them to relieve themselves. As of July 7, 2010, the policy isn't stated on the website or in the documentation you receive from them. The only way you find out the truth is if you happen to ask the right question!

Before the Lake Forest location opened, we took my Boston to this location (about 3 different times for overnights stays). They always made me feel comfortable and from what I saw on the doggie cam, they were very attentive to the dogs. Very happy with the staff here too!

We had boarded our dog here about five times. Initially we were both very impressed at the cleanliness of the "hotel" & the staff. The employees receive training on basic dog behavior. The place is pricey at $45/day however the care we BELIEVED our dog to be receiving was more important. I HAD recommended this place until our recent stay 3 months ago. Our dog is dog aggressive, however they would keep him separated.

When I picked him up he had TWO PUNCTURE holes on his upper back/neck and it was very red. I don't know if he got into a fight or they shocked him. His Kong had MOLDY CREAM CHEESE. It was clear it was not cleaned in a few days. I tried to contact the owner on several occasions but was dismissed. I will not recommend this place and will not be bringing my pet back.
