We lived in a home managed by CR Property Mgmt for just over 4 years (through 1/2014). During that time, they were fantastic landlords. We had never rented before and ways heard horror stories so we were a little nervous but it turns out we were spoiled. Anytime we had an issue, it was addressed almost immediately. Every technician/company that they sent out was timely, professional, and attentive. The staff are great people, always friendly and helpful. The same was true when we moved out. They were flexible with our move out date, as our escrow on our new home was delayed. They sent our security deposit refund back within a few weeks and were completely fair on any incidentals they subtracted. If we needed a property management company to care for our home, we would absolutely trust them. As a Renter, we have and will continue to refer them to others. They are true professionals.

I dealt with Diane and Valerie. Both professionals. Just a couple of the new move in incidents, but always get a response in a professional time spand. I am the tenant and I feel fortunate to have CR Property handling my lease. Oh, and by the way, the leased home is awesome, pride in ownership is obvious. Thanks to all.
