Horrible customer service. Sales people started constantly harassing me from the moment I arrived at the store. Its very awkward to look at products when all these sales people eye like I am going to snitch something in my pocket. I took a set of earphones and said Hi! the guy replied ""wussup?"" in an unwelcome tone of voice, later throwing the product at me during checkout. I would take my business to amazon if they don't like me. unprofessional and rude(experience in wed may 30th 2012 @ 8.15 PM)

I recently bought a TV from Best Buy and just opened it up and turned it on. The screen was all screwed up and it was not dropped or damaged by me. \n\nI tried to exchange it for the same model and they refused. I spoke with Richard who is one of the managers at the Roseville, MN location and he said that not all customers leave happy. I guess this is their new motto. \n\nHopefully, this location will close soon.

Have shopped there before with no problem in the past, but had a bad experience recently buying a laptop. Salesperson used deceptive, high pressure sales to try and sell me add-ons I did not need. If you shop there, no what you want and be very skeptical about anything the salesperson tells you.

I stopped in and knew nothing about digital cameras. The greeter led me directly to the camera dept. and I was helped by a gentlemen named Andrew. He was the nicest man and did everything he could to help me with my buying decision. He spent a lot of time showing me the different cameras and asked a lot of questions so he could direct me to which camera I was needing. He was honest in leading me to the right camera and I'm 100% satisfied with the camera and the service. Thank you for your help!!!

This store sold me an empty box and refused to give me a new one when I brought it back they accused me of attempting to defraud the store. \r\n\r\n\r\nI purchased headphones the day before Easter. After opening the box on Easter morning, I found it empty. I called the store and it was closed as was customer serve at 1-888-bestbuy.\r\nI returned to bestbuy the next weekend and told them what happened. The first thing the employee says is ""you waited a week?, if it was me I would be calling everyday"". I was offended by what she was insinuating. She then told me to go find a another box of the headphones in the store, I then had to search the store for the product. After returning to the desk, she told me that they couldn't exchange the empty box for the new one. I couldn't return it period. I talked to the manager and she also insinuated that I was trying to defraud the store. I have never been more insulted in my entire life. I got mad and I admit I did use a little profanity (this is ******* ridiculous), but I've never been accused of stealing or fraud before. \r\nI called the store back to complain about what had happened but I got the same people I dealt with earlier. They were rude and treated me like a criminal. They were the ones who screwed me over! I don?t even care about the stupid headphones, I?m just mad at how they treated me. \r\n\r\nI called the customer service line and they were very helpful and told me the store had no right to treat me like that and it should have been a simple return. Most people who try to scam bestbuy don?t try to do it with cheap headphones. \r\n\r\nWorst Customer Service experience of my life. They messed up and make me feel like criminal on top of it. \r\n\r\n
