Buyer Beware!!
Engine Replacement - '05 Subaru Outback
The facilities were dirty, filthy, (I don't mean shop dirty, I mean trash and crap all over the place dirty). They were very reticent when working with women, and they were unwilling to work with me on 'supposed' warranty work for the vehicle. After installation, the car suddenly develops differential issues - after not presenting with any indication? Coincidence? Because we were pressed for time, had to just pay to get it fixed, but another 2 months later, valves for spark plugs had to be replaced because they were getting oil in them. Then, poorly adjusted belt tension lead to slipped timing belt - thank goodness had non-interference engine or would have been out THOUSANDS. When contacted about problem, their only solution was to have us ship vehicle across the country so they could work on it. I don't think so.....They could have negotiated price of parts or some concession. Instead, behaved unprofessionally and were a major disappointment. I know that they are probably cheap - but you get what you pay for. Your vehicle will probably drive away from the shop, but only because it wants to escape.
