    Went to Best Buy to return a charger cord and the guy said they have a 15 day return policy and could not do the return. Too bad it was a loss for them I sent my roommate to look at the new TV's for our new place and she was ready to take

    My brother worked here for 1 year he hated how everyone treated him and how he was treated as a empoye i went in here for a computer and they looked at my last name and said are you related to chris(brother) i said yes he is my brother they told me that they cannot help me their because of some technical diffcult DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! \r\n\r\nI can't believe the terrible service.\r\nI called and asked for a price on data back-up and recovery of the operating system and he qouted me $129.\r\nI went in on Sunday with my desktop in hand and asked for the same thing and it became $99 for the backup and $149 for the recovery but I should really buy an ezxternal hard drive. When I explained what I'd been told on the phone, the answer was, ""I'm sorry you were given bad information.""\r\n\r\nI ordered the $99 back-up only, paid in full before the service was rendered and was told it would it would be ready ""probably Monday, but definitely Tuesday"".\r\n\r\nI called Monday and they said it was in line behind 5 other data back-ups and should be ready on Tuesday.\r\n\r\nI called Tuesday and they say it will be 2 or 3 days. Their version of when they will be done with a service I pre-paid based on their time estimate has changed evry time I call and ask when it will be done!\r\n\r\nDON't BUY FROM THI STORE!!!\r\n\r\n
