It was a good place to work out. But when you want to cancel you can never cancel you have to go through hell have a hand written letter of why you want to cancel and pay out of your butt just to have them cancel. Will NEVER be a curves memeber again. I had been told my membership was canceled and a year later I am billed again then I call and I have pay almost $300 in non payment fees cause now they say they never got my letter saying I needed to cancel. Worst decision ever to join curves!
