Great customer service and results. I signed up early this year and I am very pleased with the results. Can't beat the customer referral program either, I've already recommend my neighbors and when they signed up, I got huge savings!

When I bought my new home. I decided to stay with the last homeowners current lawn care service. Two years ago they made a mistake and sprayed something unusual on my Bermuda grass that \nkilled the whole lawn. After my neighbor commented that there is no disease nor drought that can eradicate grass that fast, I decided to call up my lawn care company and get to the bottom of this. When I told them the fate of my lawn, and their responsibility in maintaining its health, I was told that the drought had killed it, and washed their hands of the situation.\n\n So I washed my hands of them, put down a new lawn, and called up the professionals. I originally had the Freedom Lawn service at my old residence and was very satisfied. I don't know why I ever strayed from \nFreedom Lawns in the first place, the service and commitment was second to none. I was in good hands. I paid the price for trying to get a better \ndeal.

I used John's lawn care service for several years prior to switching to Freedom Lawns in 2010. Although I was generally satisfied with Johns, I did not like their heavy use of non-organic chemicals. I switched to Freedom Lawns because they do not rely exclusively on non-organic chemicals and their technicians are very well trained and informed about the best timing and strengths of applications.\n\nI have a degree in Horticulture and am a NC master Gardener so I have a pretty good idea of what is needed and what is not. Mark and his staff take the time to walk my lawn with me and discuss problem areas and recommend treatments. My lawn looks great!

I love this business. Great customer service and professional lawn technicians. \n\nHighly recommend! There $20.00 referral program is a great way to spread the word and save some money!\n\nI've had other companies in the past, but none of them compare to Freedom Lawns!\n\nBtw congrats on becoming Green Certified!

I have the best looking lawn on the block! I heard their ad on the radio and called their office and was setup for a free lawn analysis. The lawn professional came out that day and was very polite and gave me my free lawn analysis and discussed what they could do for my lawn to get it healthy! \n\n\nNow a year later I still get the same great customer care & service as I got with my first call!\n\n\nThank you so much Freedom Lawns!

A couple years ago I had my entire yard re-sodded with fresh centipede and new irrigation installed. I then hired Freedom Lawns to try and keep my grass growing and the weeds at bay. Little did I know that less than 1 1/2 years of Freedom Lawns service would ruin and destroy about 50% of my lawn investment. \r\n\r\nIn less than 1 1/2 years, the majority of my centipede grass had major dead patches and the rest of the surviving centipede looked horribly discolored and unhealthy. In my opinion, the common denominator in my case for the performance in my new lawn was Freedom Lawns. New sod, new irrigation, Freedom Lawns. You do the math. \r\n\r\nAfter multiple calls to a technician about my displeasure, the owner finally came out and looked at my lawn. To my shock, he was pushy and VERY defensive about how it wasn't their fault that my grass had died even though I paid for all of their ""recommended services."" I personally think that he needs to take his Yankee mentality back up north until he learns how to respect his customers down south. \r\n\r\nOverall, I would not recommend Freedom Lawns to anyone. In fact, it took another lawn service about 3 months to ""fix"" what Freedom Lawns destroyed. Don

I was a Freedom Lawn customer for 3 years. Over that time my lawn just looked worse and worse. This year it was full of weeds that choked out the grass I had the technician out 3 times and finally the owner. Both said that the company had lots of issues like mine. They ""think"" the pre-emergent that was applied to many lawns must have been defective.\nThe company made no offer to fix the problem or refund the money that I paid for the pre-emergent even though I have huge dead spots in my yard.\nFreedom Lawns in Hampstead is terrible- more interested in new customers and bill collection than retaining customers.
