I found Dr. Landers to be very informative, compassionate and patient. I was able to say goodbye to my sweet Beau in my own time without having to cart him out of our home, which was always a stressful experience for both of us. Dr. Landers never once rushed the process, he explained to me completely what I could expect, gave me time to absorb it and waited until I was ready (and it did take me some time to get ready to move forward). I felt that I was dealing with someone with a compassion for animals as well as the pet owner and while it was still an emotional and sad occasion for me, I felt very much at ease in Dr. Landers presence and he truly did give me peace of mind during a very difficult time.

One of the best decisions I've ever made is calling Dr. David Landers. I was upset and scared about making the decision I had to make. My dog (a lab) was old and was at the point that she could not lift her head So how could I get her to a vet's office without traumatizing her? I decided the best thing for her was to put her to sleep at home. I researched several veterinarians online and decided to go with Dr. David. He arrived at my home and examined Xena and talked with us. He put my fears to rest and I felt I could trust him. When he put Xena to sleep she did not feel a thing. She left this world at peace, comfortable and with her family surrounding her. In my opinion there is no other way to do this. Dr. David was professional and also understands what you are going through as a pet owner in losing your pet. He let us say goodbye as long as we needed to. Then he carefully took her away. He is performing a great service. And I would not hesitate to call him if I had to make that decision again.
