This animal hospital relocated from Merrill Rd/Cesery Blvd !!!!! Be VERY VERY CAUTIOUS.
Because my vet of many years had been on vacation I brought my 14 year old very large dog to this place. My dog had severe neuro problems and I had been told that when it comes to the point that she can no longer get up - I will have to bring her in to be put down. We all know how hard this decision is - and how heardbroken we were when we took her in.
When we arrived we had all her medical history and handed it over. The vet - although very aloof - said that if we hospitalize her, she will give her some special kind of hormone treatment that would improve her state and we will gain some more time with her. It was the best news we ever received......... But of course after 5 days - our beloved dog did not show any changes - and had to be euthanized.
After paying a very very steep bill - I spoke to my regular vet and he was speechless, and even apologized - because they has never been any hope for recovery for our dog.
Time has passed - but today I still regret the awfull decision to hospitalize her with this place and put her through even more.
I hope that this vet gets what she deserves - one day!
Thanks for listening

Worst care/advise ever received from an uncaring staff and vet. I was led to believe that the only option I have to save and make my dog comfortable was to either hospitalize him or euthanize him.
My dog had received emergency surgery on Thanksgiving and while sleeping through the next day appeared to be very uncomfortable on Saturday. I stayed up with my beloved dog and had not slept other than 1 hour hear and there, I was distraut and utterly helpless. The surgery had depleated my funds in my account and I begged the hospital to treat him. I also asked if there were other options and I begged for advise. The vet told me that the only option I have is hospitalization and they would not accept my dog into care without payment. I did not have enough in my account and I signed the euthanization form. I was heartbroken.
After 24 hrs of agony and deepest distress because of the loss of my dog, I found out through another vet that a light sedative and some pain medication could have stabilized my dog - or at least until Tuesday - when I was able to pay the full amount needed.
This heartless - money-hungry vet did not give me any options - and my dog is dead. She made me kill my dog - when it was not even necessary!
Please be cautious - this animal clinic is ONLY about the money.
