Dr. Dilley is fantastic! He is the type of doctor that wants you healthy and then doesn't want to see you because he has given you the medicine and care needed. I LOVE this type of doctor and have found his care to be excellent! Dr. Dilley has brought my asthma to almost nil and the allergens are very much so under control. Thank you, Dr. Dilley!

I have been seeing Dr. Dilley now for the past 2 years. I moved to San Antonio 21 years ago coming from that state on the left coast that seems to be free of allergies. Over the years my ""hacking & hewing"" just kept getting worse and worse with each passing season (read: mountain cedar). People that I knew where already seeing Dr. Dilley, so I thought what the hay (pun intended). Although my allergies have not completely gone away to date, they have much improved. Plus as a bonus, I found out I had a lot of others I didn't even know about! Dr. Dilley and his staff are professional, compassionate and really do care about their patients needs. Highly recommended!

My adult daughter's insurance ""forced"" her to change allergists and that is when I met Dr. Dennis Dilley. After more than a year with Dr. Dilley, my daughter told me, ""Mom, you have to go to him for yourself."" I did and I am so very thankful. I have been in treatment with Dr Dilley for my allergies for five years (give or take a year). Dr. Dilley disclosed to me allergies I had no idea I had -- feathers, I loved my down pillow - Oops; citrus, go figure, I used to drink lemon everyday as it is high in vitamin C -- Oops. Then there is cedar fever and a boat load of environmental pollens out there that like to make me miserable.
So as a person who had to consume antihistamines daily for 27 years, plus eye drops, plus nose spray daily, and at times an inhaler -- WOW! How cool it is to receive treatment from Dr. Dilley in the way of allergy shots and be off of all the meds. Through his testing and treatment my entire body is thankful and so is my budget!
Yes, I pay to park in that parking lot which is free for the first 1/2 hour and a $1.25 for the next time period. But I no longer have to purchase all those meds and I CAN BREATHE!!!!!
Dr. Dilley's staff is very professional. I appreciate them and their work weekly. Dr. Dilley and his staff are a blessing to me.
If you want the very best treatment for allergies that is available in all of South Texas, Dr. Dilley is your doc!
I have told many friends to go see Dr. Dilley. Dr Dilley has honestly worked a miracle, yes, an extraordinary feat by getting my allergies under control. Feeling VERY BLESSED.

I've known Dr Dennis Dilley for at least twelve years. I never knew that a person could develop allergies when they are middle aged. But that happened to me. My work schedule makes it difficult for me to be seen by a doctor when I have a problem. Dr. Dilley and his staff not only understood my situation, but they found strategies to help me, at home and while I'm traveling. Absolutely the best in the business. 'Nuf said.

I've been a patient of Dr. Dennis Dilley for over a decade. Thanks to Dr. Dilley and his dedication to his profession, my life has dramatically improved. When my allergies attacked, especially during Mt. Cedar season, I was miserable and in constant pain, day and night for weeks at a time. This caused me a lot of emotional pain as well since Cedar Fever always coincided with the holidays. I felt guilty for being self indulgent trying to deal with the pain. My internist, an ENT and a neurologist were all trying their best to treat me for my various and frequent illnesses and infections. Together, we couldn't find a real fix for the problems. Dr. Dilley treated not only my symptoms, but cared for me as a real person, with real concerns. Thanks to Dr. Dilley and his pro-active approach, the quality of my life improved and has been maintained. In many practices, you'll find a great doctor. But it is rare to find a doctor who has such a well trained and compassionate staff. No concern is too small. It is obvious that everyone takes pride in the professional operation of the office. I am grateful to have found Dr. Dilley, and highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, within the past 5 years, my husband has developed allergies. My husband absolutely hates seeing doctors, but he trusts Dr. Dilley completely, as do I. We are lucky to have such a talented and compassionate doctor in our lives.

Dilley Allergy & Asthma regrets that this individual took out his parking lot frustrations on our staff by exhibiting rude, disrespective and abnoxious behavior. We have never experienced the likes of this type of outburst from anyone visiting our clinic. There was no reason why this individual could not have chosen to voice his parking lot concerns in a respectful manner rather than yelling and disrupting the tranquil and professional environment that patients and staff deserve. Dilley Allergy & Asthma respects everyone's right to voice concerns in a civil manner. Resorting to slanderous personal attacks on Dr. Dilley and his family through the use of misinformation may be how this individual chooses to address his discontent with the payment for parking. We however, choose to respectfully disagree with this method and prefer to state the relevant facts.

Dilley Allergy & Asthma does not own the building as we are tenants. We likewise do not own the parking lot. The parking lot is owned by AMPCO Parking Systems. Dilley Allergy & Asthma is not exempt from paying for parking as we pay monthly fees to AMPCO Parking Systems so that our staff may park in their garage or lot.

Parking is not $5.00 per hour as was incorrectly stated. The charges for parking are listed below.
0 - 30 minutes are free
30 minutes - 1 hour $1.25
1 hour - 2 hours $2.25
2 hours - 3 hours $3.25
3 hours - 4 hours $5.00
Parking does not exceed $5.00 for the day.

We wish this individual the best and we hope he finds free parking wherever he patrons.

NASTY ATTITUDE/ARROGANT: Called to set appointment, waited three weeks for appointment. Upon arrival I found that I was forced to park in a lot adjacent to the building (The ONLY parking lot) that charges roughly $5 per hour to park. The office did not pre-disclose that I would be forced to use pay only parking. I entered the building for my appointment that costs roughly $125 (to spend 6 minutes with Dr. Dilley) and subsequently entered the office on the forth floor. Upon arrival I asked the office staff if the parking pass would be validated, and she indicated that ""no it would not, and that parking is the patient's responsibility"". (Remember the $5 per hour I mentioned?). As a result, I asked the girl to cancel said appointment, because I refused to allow doctors to charge me $125 for 6 minutes of his time and pay to park, and AND sit and wait for an hour before my appointment even started (Even though you arrive on time, you still have to wait 45 mins to 1 hour before being seen). She laughed as if I was joking, and I did not return the laugh. I stated that I was dead serious, and to please cancel the appointment, because I refused to pay for parking when the physicians rate should cover such incidentals. At that point, Dr. Dilly stepped around the corner, and stated (with an extremely nasty demeanor) that the parking was not his responsibility, and that I would have to be responsible for that, and that if I didn't like that answer I could leave. I of course chuckled, tipped my head in agreement and left the facility post haste. All of this is of course my opinion, but I believe that these doctors (Just like Dr. Dilley) are getting rich charging clients ridiculous amounts of money for little to no care, then have the audacity to cop an attitude when you refuse to pay their ridiculous fees or disagree with their fee structure. This doctor struck me as EXTREMELY arrogant (my opinion) biased, rude, and I perceived an extremely (very clear) NASTY (notice the use of capitol letters) demeanor when I professionally disagreed with the parking fees. We as consumers have the power to stop doctors from stealing from us (my opinion) and over charging us these ridiculous fees, by not using them and boycotting the offices which choose to abuse the clientele. We as the American people must strike back against these tyrants (my opinion) by using the force of commerce, it's our dollar that enables him to buy his lake house, his Mercedes, his beach house, his wife's Gucci purses and his children's ivy league, private school education's while we scratch for our dollars. I ask that all who read this boycott this doctor and his staff, we as the consumer must stop and ask ourselves, why these doctors do the things they do, and it's because we ALLOW them, and we ENABLE them to continue on the path of socio-economic oppressiveness. (DISCLAIMER: All of this is my opinion, I do not claim that this is factually based, and I include this disclaimer just in case he wants to sue me for speaking my personal opinion)
