Plumber Steve White from Roto-Rooter in Tacoma/Lakewood came today and did a great job fixing a broken gas valve.

Plumber Steve White from Roto Rooter in Lakewood WA was sent to change out my old hot water tank. He arrived promptly, he worked very effeciently, and cleaned up afterward. He was also pleasant to work with. I would call again for any other plumbing issues I might have.

The curse of the clogged drain! I immediately went online & looked up a Plumber to get to our house ASAP to stop the water that was spewing out of our toilet. I was ever so lucky to come across Roto-Rooter in Tacoma. They were wonderful to deal with, from start to finish. The gal that answered the phone to schedule our service was very polite, continuing on with the Plumber that showed up, we actually ended up needing 2 of them! They both explained the process & didn't make us feel stupid about it! The service was fast & effective. I would recommend these guys to everyone, they're great!

I had the worst plugged bathrooms (2) sinks that I've ever had. Called roto-rooter and they had someone out in an hour. He was helpful, polite, and best of all got the job done. Yeah!!!! When you have 3 extra people staying at our house, well you don't have time to not have both bathrooms working. Brushing your teeth in the shower or kitchen sink, well not my idea of a way to start your day. So Once again thanks for sending Jon, he saved the Day!

I had a back up in our downstairs shower. I called Roto Rooter and within minutes they had someone call me back to tell me they would be here in 1/2. The Tech, JON, gave us incredible service and we enjoyed having him in our home. JON was quick and efficient and fixed our problem right away. The fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend Roto Rooter but more so I recommend JON the technician who gave us such excellent service! He was the kindest man we have ever met. He has integrity and does honest work. Jon was very sensitive to our needs. You have one JEWEL of an employee and he represents your company well. We had water back up from beneath our toilet after my wonderful husband didn't quite fix a clog about a month ago. We called Roto-Rooter and they were here in under two hours. The guy spent 3 hours at my house and fixed the clog for a fair price. I'd recommend this to a friend!

My sewer line backed up on a Friday night so I looked for a plumber who would come out after normal hours. I found Rotor Rooter and they were willing to come out to our home that evening even though we live in Olympia and they are located in Lakewood. Rick showed up earlier then we expected and knew right away what needed to be done to resolve the problem. He was very professional and took the time to explain the issue and the costs involved with fixing the problem.
