First of all, the psychiatrist Dr. Robertson is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend him to anyone with a child/teen having problems. Unfortunately, if you do not need medication management you are assigned a therapist in the practice. You will wait at least 15-30 minutes for your appointments but somehow come out of your appointment closer to "on time". One day I went back out to my car when I had already been waiting 15 minutes and saw my son's therapist arrive and enter through the side door. We were never late once but when we had 6 inches of snow and schools were closed and we missed an appointment we still had to pay. Disappointing after the initial contact with Dr. Robertson. Just not professional.

I am very disappointed in this office. I would have given them a five star review until my therapist "disappeared" from their office. One day I was called to reschedule with Dr Border and when I inquired about my caregiver they didn't have any answer except "I don't know".
It turns out that several therapists and staff were asked to leave at a moment's notice Five were replaced by Fifteen. It was all so unprofessional. I had to search for my care giver. A place that is for mental health should not make abrupt changes with their patients! Also, I found the office to be unfriendly and disorganized. I will not return or recommend this practice to anyone. I am so sorry. It was such a great place. (I say all this excluding the children/adolescent psychiatrist. He is still great.)
