I have been to this salon twice and both times were very pleasant experiences. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The first time Franey trimmed my hair and french braided it for a really great price. I went a second time today to have my hair trimmed and to get bangs. I was a little apprehensive because I've had bangs before and they never seemed to turn out quite like I've hoped; too short, too thin, or too crooked. I was lucky enough to get Ariel and he did an amazing job! I love my haircut and it looked fantastic after he brush and blow dryed it. My bangs are the perfect length and thickness. He also made some hair color recommendations that I'm excited about coming back to try out. Thank you!

I bought a coupon through Dealfind for a haircut, gloss and manicure for $25, great deal I thought...well, I was wrong, very wrong. I asked for a haircut, I opted out of the manicure after I saw how dirty the manicure stations looked, figured it was fungus infection waiting to happen. The lady that cut my hair was Francis, I showed her s picture of the cut I wanted, she proceeded. Then when she finished she offered to blow dry, I said "ok". First of all the haircut was nothing like the picture I wanted, neither was the style. Oh well I thought, and tipped the girl anyhow. As I was walking out of the salon the front desk lady called me back in informing me I owed $40. I explained that I had already given her my Dealfind coupon, she then informed me that the blow was extra!! $40 EXTRA!! I told her I was NEVER informed that it would be extra, and that it was absurd that if I had paid $25 for that coupon that included cut, gloss and manicure, that I HAD to pay $40 ONLY for the blow. I felt tricked! they lure you in with a "good deal" and then they rip you off!! We kept arguing, which I found very difficult to do because the Oriental lady hardly spoke English, but she insisted $40!! I could not believe it! after I didn't even have the manicure. The cut was very bad and the blow was even worse!! I was shocked and disgusted for being tricked into having to pay such ridiculous fee for something I should have been informed would be extra! I am surprised she didn't charge me for the coffee I had as well! I had another coupon which my daughter was going to use at a later date and gave it to her, telling her she could keep it and consider herself paid! There is NO way my daughter would ever go to that salon after the horrible experience I had! They should have paid me for messing up my hair and wasting my time.

I was really excited to hear they do feather extensions, their prices are steep. $25 for one. Yikes. very nice !

Celine is amazing!! The best high-lights I've had yet.... She really takes the time to listen to what you want. I love my cut and color~ If you're looking for the special up-do . I always refer my clients to Voi Salon... it's the best one stop shop in the city.

As soon as you enter the salon, you know you are somewhere special. The design speaks for itself and you are greeted by friendly people and immediately feel relaxed with their hospitality. All the stylists are professional and the stations are very clean. So much care goes into each personal client. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to leave feeling good about themselves for any occassion.

Awesome Experience Celineis an amazing stylist. She is also someone I consider a friend. She gave me a great cut and I got a ton of compliments. She even made sure I got in my car when I left the salon after dark. I recommend this salon to my friends

Celine did a killer cut & color on my hair. Total transformation, and I felt like a million bucks walking out! I'll be back next time I need a touch up. What a lovely salon, so much color, so much fun! It was my first time in, and although it cost me, the products were yummy and I was completely happy with everything.

I have a really long history of incredibly epically bad haircuts. When you have thick, wild, curly/wavy hair like me and have heard it all (from an incredulous "wow... you have a lot more hair than I thought..." to "am i doing this right?" [a stylist seriously said this while cutting my hair to another stylist - wtf!]), then you're probably just as picky, anxious, and skittish as I am when it comes to getting a haircut.

All that out of the way, I'm going to sum up my experience at Voi Salon in one word: AWESOME!

My stylist suggested I try getting hair extensions. I was hesitant at first because of the cost, and the possible damage to my hair. But let me tell you that it was money well spent and my hair was just as healthy when they came out as when they went in (I think that's because of the type she uses). I took VERY good care of them and they lasted 2 months, and I've never gotten more compliments on my hair before or since.

My girlfriend got her hair highlighted & cut at Voi Salon in Sunny Isles, FL It looked awesome. I have never seen her hair look so wonderful. She very much enjoyed her service at VoiSalon
