We want to give an expression of our appreciation for the fine work your crews have done for us during the last five years. They have come to our home with such cheerful attitudes to vacuum and mop the floors upstairs and downstairs in our condo. They are efficient and careful. The three of us are retired and it is such a pleasure to have the cleaning done by such a professional crew. Our home is always left spotless and has a bright clean smell. We look forward to each time the friendly employees from District Building Maintenance LLC are scheduled to visit us.

Please know that I still am thrilled with the job you are doing! It relieves my mind to not have to worry about cleaning my house! Also -- I know it gets very warm in my apartment so feel free to use the air conditioners at any time!!!

Not only is the work completed to a very high standard, the staff throughout the company is very professional and extremely helpful. On numerous occasions they have gone that step further providing practical ideas and have even suggested areas where savings could be made.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to any possible clients
