We were set up without being informed of the contract being 5 years. Jorge had the Director sign her name after showing her the quote for services we were interested in, after affirming that she was signing for that agreement. Zero mention of a five-year contract. We would not have signed if we had known ahead of time that five years is the minimum as we do not contract long-term with any vendor.

Cintas refused to review the issue, completely ignoring our case. Antonio said he had to get both sides of the story, but we couldn't change the length of the contract.

We then decided to change the services we are using in order to only meet the $30 per 4/wk minimum required by Cintas. It's been nothing but a nightmare. We can't get Jorge or Antonio to ever respond in a timely manner, it takes multiple attempts at communication to get ahold of them. We can't ever get them on the phone and it takes days sometimes for them to respond to an email. Sometimes they just send a service person or delivery guy without bothering to actually respond to the email they received, which doesn't give us any useful information. It's like they're intentionally doing the least possible they can.

We've had to fight for even just very basic customer service, and they claim to pride themselves on it! We are extremely sorry we tried working with them at all, because the experience has been simply horrible.

We are reporting them to the BBB, and will be sending the head of the company a long letter with our complaints.
