It was easy to return the vehicle at this facility. Found that he made no big fuss and finished checking the vehicle very quickly which saved me lots of time on a working morning.

Another hitch story (or does that have a ??b??) . I??ve rated with one star because you must rate something in order to continue. No stars would be more appropriate. I got there at the appt time on Tues., the installer was not there. There had been no call to warn me. Even if anyone had called they would not have reached me because they wrote my number down wrong. I did other errands for two hours before hearing back. Got installation started, but the compressor broke. I called Wednesday to get an update. The repair had not yet occurred. Also said I have an appointment for 3:30 today. Now it??s Thursday and there has still been no call. So when I called, I learn the compressor is still out, but they would either a) find another one or b) send me to another site. Surprise! Neither has happened, and no call came to explain why. Their invoicing is computerized -- but the telephone and problem solving seem to elude them entirely. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. AND, they actually called me something like, ??My darlin??? as if that familiarity would make up for the dreadful service. I am appalled that this is allowed to continue by the corporation.

I reserved a small van on the Internet and then had to cancel because of change of plans. I tried to cancel on the Internet, but could not so had to call. Was put on hold for 7 minutes and the guy said he would cancel. A month later,I find a $50 "no show" charge on my credit card. I went to the UHaul and they said they didn't have a record of my cancellation and I am still fighting them.

I ordered a hitch, they reserved my time, I went in, the hitch had not arrived, they made another appointment, called me 5 minutes before to say that again all the parts are not there not to come, set up another date...never called backed yet, I called, they said they'd called me back. So far 3 weeks...AGHHH!!!! I wonder whether they'll be able to do it properly if it ever comes? SKEPTICAL>>>>

They installed my hitch incorrectly... and they are not going to refund me the entire amount also...
Funny place ... the hitch is right ... the mounting is right... but it wont fit in correctly on my car...bunch of morons out there.
