Had a lot of problems lately with my heating and I called HVAC Jacksonville - I needed repairs done to my heater and this Jacksonville heating service (well, A/C service, too) has been a godsend - really got things fixed right and haven't had a problem since I called them for service.

Huge help with my old A/C unit - I knew i had to replace it, couldn't try to keep it going any longer and after calling several different places, the soonest anyone could get to me was in late the next afternoon - which was HVAC Jacksonville - turns out they have the best AC repair Jacksonville service that I've ever used and I've lived here for nearly 15 years.
They had the new unit installed and it works like a dream, much quieter than the old one.

I am new to insider pages and of all the companies I could think about writing about, HVAC Jacksonville might be the one I find most praiseworthy. I am a single mother and I take care of my 91 year old father who has terminal cancer and lives with my son and I. This past week I had the air conditioning in my home go out during what I thought was the hottest day of the year. Anyways I was in a panic about what to do with my dad because he is not very mobile and getting him in the car is a nightmare. HVAC Jacksonville was the first company that I called where I got an actual person on the phone and within minutes I was talking with one of the owners. He personally came over to my house with a portable air conditioner and set it up in my fathers room less than an hour from when I first called. They pulled an emergency permit and had my new air conditioner installed by 5:00pm that very same day. The icing on the cake was my neighbor had replaced his unit a couple months prior and I assumed that I was going to have paid a premium based on my sense of urgency. Well come to find out I had paid over $500 less for a system that was half a ton larger than his with a higher efficiency. Talk about a great company that did not take advantage of my situation. It is rare to find a business that is focused on customer service rather than their bottom line. Call these guys if you need HVAC service! I am so glad I did! I will be a customer for life!
