Easy process through the internet with Brandon. He set everything up and Chris did all of the paperwork after we got to the store. It only took about 45 mins. This was about the best car buying experience I have had. Since then I have sent 3 other family members to them and all are very happy with the purchase.

This is a great company. I have really bad credit and they were still able to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I worked with Brandon online and he got me approved. When I got to the dealership my vehicle was clean and ready to go. I just filled out the paperwork and was done. Best car dealer experience i've had.

I shopped the chevy stores in Bellevue and Renton and and pretty much got no where. It was a waste of time. The great thing about the Issaquah store was there were no games. I told Chris my offer, he went to the sales desk, got it approved and the deal was done. He didn't come back asking for more he just accepted my offer. Hes a very good sales person. I really like the customer service here.

Bought my Suburban from Brandon N online. He was easy to deal with and got all the numbers approved before I got there. I only spent 30 mins at the store in the F and I department. Way less then the normal 4 hours to buy a car! Good

Got a great deal on a Chevy Cruze here. It was a way better deal then the Chevy dealer in Renton. They beat them by $750 and had way better customer service. Good people.

On my way to work, I experienced a warning light stating "Reduced Engine Power". I headed straight for Michaels Chevrolet, and called the service department en-route. When I arrived, my vehicle was checked in promptly, and I was provided with a shuttle ride to my workplace. The service rep contacted me with the diagnosis, and I accepted the estimate, requesting a 3PM completion time so I could make my next appointment. The shuttle driver picked me up at my workplace, and I received my repaired and washed vehicle promptly as promised at 3PM. I am very pleased with this excellent service!

Actually I usually only write positive reviews so an experience has to be incredibly horrible for me to make the effort. Michaels Chevrolet was one of those terrible experiences. They are not trustworthy, do not honor their word,

I was surprised to see the negative reviews here. I guess most of us only write reviews when we are upset about something and not when we are very happy.
I have been taking my Silverado here for service for several years and I have always been very happy. They are always ready for me when I show up for my appointments and my truck is always ready when promised. If anything unexpected comes up while my truck is in their shop, I get a phone call explaining the situation and they let me decided whether I want to do any extra work or not.
Everyone I have dealt with at Chevrolet of Issaquah has always been very friendly and helpful.

I drove a 100 miles from home to visit Michael's Chevrolet that had a Silverado that I was interested in.

My initial contact with the salesman was unremarkable but throughout the day turned discouraging. For instance when I inquired how long they had this 2009 truck the salesman said, "Not long at all." Later, I saw the dealer invoice showed the truck had shipped in April of 2009 (It was May 2010). I pointed this out and the salesman back peddled and asked the manager if it's possible they've had the truck that long. After that he downplayed the age of the truck, claiming it was no big deal and that the truck will sell.

At another point in the negotiations the salesman brought up that the backholding on the truck, "was $482" when in fact I knew that number to be closer to $1100 but I didn't bother saying anything.

Here's the worst part. To finish negotiations I made out a check for $30,000, put "Paid in Full" in the memo line and wrote, "$30,000 - Let's get this '09 monkey off your back!" on the invoice. The salesman looked over the check, looked over the invoice and chuckled at the joke. And with a big smile shook my hand and my wife's hand. He then brought over some paperwork to sign. First a privacy policy, then a receipt of privacy policy then the sales contract. He wanted me to sign it, but I looked it over and saw that it didn't have a total price on it. I asked him to put the total on the sales contract and when he came back with the contract it read $31,447 - a full $1,447 over the agreed upon price!

I pointed out the check and the invoice price and he acted as though he hadn't seen them before. He then proceeded to accuse me of, "trying to sneak something in." I reminded him that he looked over both the check and the invoice with the $30,000 price clearly marked on both and that we shook on the deal. He said there was no way he was going to sell the truck for that. He then quickly gathered up the paperwork and walked away. That's the last we saw of him.

After feeling disgusted for a few days, I contacted a local dealership about doing a dealer trade for truck. Even though the price is over $800 more, it was worth it to me to never have to deal with Michael's Chevrolet again. My local dealer said that they often do trades with Michael's and didn't think it would be a problem, however after the managers talked with each other, Michael's was not willing to trade, if the truck is going to me.

What a total dick move.

A month later, Michael's wanted a vehicle that was at my local dealership. My dealership then requested the Silverado I wanted and made the trade. Everything worked out in the end, no thanks to Michael's Chevrolet. For the use of shady tactics, outright lying, and just being dicks I recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

I usually dread shopping for a new car because of the all too typical high-pressure, say-anything-to-get-you-to-buy tactics employed by many auto dealers. Michael's is different: the staff is friendly, low-pressure and genuinely interested and motivated to make you the deal that fits your needs.

Three weeks ago my wife and I were shopping for a replacement for our high-mileage SUV and one of the Chevrolets was on our list, so we visited Michael's one Friday afternoon on our way home from work. After an extended test drive of the SUV we were interested in we decided that it wasn't quite for us and thanked our salesman for his time. When we told him what the problem was -- that we just didn't feel quite comfortable in the car -- he suggested we try out a used Mercedes Benz SUV that they had just taken in on trade.

Our immediate response was "No way! We can't afford a Mercedes." Our salesman said that he thought they could make an attractive deal and suggested we take it out on our own for a drive, which we did. OK, so we really liked the car, but again, knew there was no way they could match our price on this vehicle, which we checked the Kelly Blue Book value on while we were out. Again, we came back and thanked him, but said we knew there was no way they could put us in this car. That's when we got our first real surprise -- he suggested we take it home for the night (we live far enough away that this would be a really good test drive) -- so we took him up on it, mainly on a lark.

Saturday morning we brought the Mercedes back and again said thank you,. but it's a Mercedes and handed him back the key. He countered by saying that they had run some numbers that morning and it would be worth our while to have a look, so we did.

That's when we met Murph, the General Sales Manager, a genuinely personable and likable guy. The numbers still weren't what we needed, but he was genuinely interested in getting us into this car, which was ideal for us, so we went a couple of rounds of negotiating and finally got down to the point where we made a deal that suited us perfectly. All the while, we felt engaged and involved, but never pressured.

Subsequently, we returned to purchase an extended warranty and felt the same sense of genuine interest and friendliness from the new Finance Manager, Michelle.

If you have a new car in your future, you owe it to yourself to check out Michael's.

In Feb 2010 I purchases a used 2005 corvette. Two months later I had to replace the entire clutch system for nearly $3,000. The next month the air conditioning system went out for a cost of $2,000. The dealership claims they could not know these things were faullty. Who else but a professional dealership could know the true status of a vehcle. Buyer beware rellly applies

Unfortunately I was their loyal customers for too long (10 years) and it cost us way too much.
Once I had persistent car trouble for nearly a year. My car was seen by Chevrolet Of Issaquah 4 or 5 times. They kept replacing expensive parts with no result only to find out later that it was a simple & inexpensive part that needed to be changed. The part ended up costing us thousands of dollars in stead of a hundred or so.
Recently we tried our local car repair place - what a difference it made. We will never go back to Chevrolet Of Issaquah -waste of money & time.
Do not repeat our mistake. Be smart and fix your car at other reputable & reliable places.

They told us we were financed at one rate, then renegged on it two weeks later, that's two weeks we had already had the truck . Not only is this illegal, but then they had to personally attack my husband who was merely trying to retain the bill of goods he had been sold. cg
