We just bought a sweet little place in the Bronx ?? the price of real estate has never been better, and we got a 4 bedroom for the price of a 2 bedroom place. It??s perfect, since we??re planning on renting out a bedroom or two for a little extra income. The agent from REMAX really did a great job at getting us our dream place.
I found a great condo, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with tons of space on a quiet side street with a decent view for next to nothing. It was a relief to sell the bigger house in the burbs and move closer to my work.
