Please spend some time to read this comment before you call this office. Our experience might help to save you tons of time, money, and the most important, your health. 1. Dr. Cvetkovski doesn't listen. My husband had told him about his family history of a certain stomach problem. But he never listened. He had no useful advice for how to handle the symptoms either. Google was more helpful than him. Every time after we found some advice online we would go to him, then he would say ""Yeah, that's right. You should have been doing that."" 2. Dr. Cvetkovski doesn't diagnose. Everytime after we find clues online about what the problem might be, he would send my husband for a test. We kept on having hope on him. But after a whole year. We gave up. What finally cured my husband was my father-in-law who has no realation with the medical industry at all. My father-in-law gave my husband some of his left-over pills of that family stomach problem we had talked about over and over again with Dr. Cvetkovski who had ignored it the whole time. And since then, my husband was totally healed. We went through a year's torture of not knowing what the problem my husband had. Every time we go to Dr. Cvetkovski, he just says it's nothing serious and asks my husband to buy some new medicine and sends him away. 3. Moreover, this office cares about money only. We received a $400 bill after we stopped going to him. This office used a out-of-network lab for a test. They hadn't mentioned the potential cost of the test to us in advance or afterward. They didn't care it's in-network or out-of-network because we were the ones had to pay the bills. We wrote a letter to Dr. Cvetkovski's office about the bill only to get no response. Then we appealed this issue to our insurance company. While we are waiting for answer from the insurance company, Dr. Cvetkovskis office couldn't wait any more. We were thrown to collecting agent and started to receive letters and phone calls and threatens that our credit would be hurt. We had to pay the bill finally without having a chance to talk with Dr. Cvetkovski's office. I've seen several irresponsible doctors. But Dr. Cvetkovski is the only one makes me feel the need to share our experience so this office couldn't do the same things to other people who really need cure of their illness. We will report Dr. Cvetkovski to NC Medical Board.
