My experience with Dr. Naylor was almost identical to that described by treatmeright789. The wait was short -- I filled out paperwork in the office before being sent back to see Dr. Naylor -- but overall everything was fairly efficient (I agree with treatmeright789 that the staff wasnt overly friendly, but this didnt really bother me, at least not when compared to dealing with the doctor himself).\r\n\r\nWhen Dr. Naylor rushed in the room, I too, at first, thought his performance somewhat comical, but as the appointment progressed I found his lack of responsiveness and constant interruptions disturbing. Additionally, I found it difficult to understand the diagnosis he gave me: he never directly addressed what he suspected to be the underlying cause of my skin irritation. Another bizarre issue was the way in which he left the office: I never had a sense that the examination was coming to an end, he simply stood up and left, and next thing I know Im selecting a date for my follow-up visit. Later, when inspecting the prescription he gave me, I discover two errors: my name and the prescription. The prescription was in fact mine, but they had misspelled my name, and the drug he prescribed did not seem to be suited to my condition (though this would be difficult to prove seeing as he never specifically identified my condition). I would highly recommend purchasing an audio recorder of some sort before visiting Dr. Naylor; listening his incessant ramblings afterward might offer more insight into what he was trying to say but this cannot be guaranteed. \r\n\r\nOverall, I left with the impression that he was somewhere between rude and incompetent in his field. I have a follow-up scheduled, and, for the time being, I am planning on attending. I intend to record the conversation in hopes of either gaining insight into his diagnosis, or at the very least to playback for personal amusement.

Great Esthetician, made a new friend ( too )

New Patient paperwork was sent to my residence so I did not have to fill at office on day of visit. Front staff was efficient and somewhat friendly. Wait time was short to be taken to exam room. Was told that Dr. Naylor was running late and was not yet at the office. Still not too long of a wait since being told of his tardiness. When Dr. Naylor did arrive he quickly asked me a few questions and would immediately interrupt me and would not let me get a word in. It almost became comical then annoying. Was sent home with some samples (nice) and prescriptions. \r\nI left feeling very rushed and was mostly insulted to not be able to have any input or to be able express my concerns regarding my care to the point where I called the office to change Doctors.\r\n\r\nOverall, nice clean office but staff did not go out their way to be friendly nor would I recommend Dr. Naylor or Dermatology Associates to any of my family or friends.
