stay away. have been dealing with the service department. worst experience ever. cant wait to switch brands. purchased a certified porsche. vehicle came with a hitch from the factory. asked to have the suv to be programed for the trailer light work. paid for the service. i was the fool and did not check to see if the suv was programmed properly. drove to connecticut and tried renting a trailer. was not able to rent a trailer because the trailer light hitch did not work. went to hoffman porsche. they took time out of their day and looked what was done. they stated the cayenne was programmed to the wrong continent. they were able to programm it to the north america program but could not get the brake lights to work. they did charge me for the service and time spent. saying this programming should not be charged for at any dealer just to load a program. drove home and dealt with the service manager kent. he didnt evan apoligize for not correctly programming my cayenne. burdick porsche wanted to do investigational work on the car and charge me again for there aweful service. stay away from them happy to take your money but not happy to fix there mistake without charging you more
