Excellent! My motherboard went out on my ACER laptop. After being told I'd better off buying a new computer cause it causes about half of what my laptop caused, Data Retrieval not only fixed my problem for far less (less than what I expected), they were responsive, knowledgeable, and are really experts about all this stuff.
They fixed it quickly, as promised. It only took 3 days to order the part and install it. I highly recommend this place for computer dilemmas!
I've been fed up with computer problems and repair places, and had a terrific experience here! Great job guys.. :)

I was so scared to send in my damaged drive. Apparently my backup drive didn't like when my computer would hibernate at night, and it crashed. I asked them about 100 times how I was going to be charged, when, what were their measurements for "satisfactory recovery" and they were very helpful.

The below complaints opposing the services provided by dataretrievaI is groundless. I know about their excellent services since I myself have benefited from them in terms of nominal pricing as well as timely delivery. My WD external hard drive which had my official records and invaluable family photos stopped working. The sad side, I didn't have backups of any of the data in it. I took the drive to a local computer shop who after examining the condition of the trouble advised me to approach DataretrievaI. He also told that the services rendered by Dataretrieval are priced reasonably since I had the fear about what it would cost to recover my data from my media.
I gave a call to the company where one of the rep answered courteously and explained me all about the recovery process. Their dealing was very genuine. The rep told that exact price quote cannot be given at that point without diagnosing the drive., but a rough estimate can be given based on whether it is minor or major problem. They told that the price for recovering data starts at $99 if it is a minor problem and goes up according to the severity since it will need the time and effort to restore with respect to the intensity of the issue. I got convinced with their explanation that was very clear with no confusion added to it or any hidden agenda behind it. Then i sent my drive to them for evaluation. They called me back promptly and gave a report that had the details about the cause and cure of the trouble in my drive. I had a budget in my mind, and to my surprise they quoted me just $250 which was far less than what I expected!
DataRetrievaI time and again kept me updated on the developments in recovering the data from my hard drive through calls and emails. Never at any stage did they increase the charge from $250 as mentioned in the above complaint. Data retrievaI never slipped away from their commitment of time duration for retrieving data where all my data from my hard drive was successfully recovered and delivered to me promptly. The services of DataretrieveI are 100% dependable. I am a testimony to their professional dealing. Don't be misdirected by such false complaints against a good service provider in this data recovery industry. DataRetrievaI saved my invaluable data and saved Expense as well. I appreciate their expert service!!

Very friendly and professional personnel.Pricing wasn't bad either, specially with the free pickup deal. I thought my notebook was history but some how these guys resuscitated it.

I found Data Retrieval to be most professional and more importantly helpful. Recovery of our data was critical for us and in this respect your service was 100%. I understand what you do is very technical and progress can be very slow. However I would have liked to be kept up to date a couple of times each day even if the information showed no change.
