I work for a mid-sized IT company here in the city that handles high security data operations (backup, migration, server maintenance, account/database information, etc.) for A LOT of businesses in the region...so you can imagine my horror when we had several high level RAID configurations all crash or fail us on in the span of about a day. Did it shut us down entirely? Definitely not, but had we not have contacted Data Retrieval and start service immediately with them, the consequences might have seriously hurt us in the long run.

We didn't have the facilities, the resources, or admittedly the specialist expertise, necessary to correctly recover everything, so when we called Data Retrieval, we were pretty sure that they'd quickly realize how tight of a spot we were in. We were immediately assigned a service rep, Mark D., who received our RAIDs and responded in a few hours with a detailed, technical diagnostic and a fixed cost for service at no charge. The price was definitely fair for the work required and with Mark's polite and diligent attention to our case, we knew we were in good hands. Crisis averted. Our RAID data was recovered faster than we had ever possibly expected or than even was predicted and we were back on track as if nothing had gone wrong at all. From the immediate attention to the fast results to the courteous customer service, consider me a satisfied customer. Should this ever happen again, I know just who to call. Now you do too. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent! My motherboard went out on my ACER laptop. After being told I'd better off buying a new computer cause it causes about half of what my laptop caused, Data Retrieval not only fixed my problem for far less (less than what I expected), they were responsive, knowledgeable, and are really experts about all this stuff.

They fixed it quickly, as promised. It only took 3 days to order the part and install it. I highly recommend this place for computer dilemmas!

I've been fed up with computer problems and repair places, and had a terrific experience here! Great job guys.. :)

I was so scared to send in my damaged drive. Apparently my backup drive didn't like when my computer would hibernate at night, and it crashed. I asked them about 100 times how I was going to be charged, when, what were their measurements for "satisfactory recovery" and they were very helpful.

Great service and professional people. Easy to go through all the steps to get the drive where it needs to be. Price was originally quoted at $1800 for repairing a master file table, i.e. only data corruption and no hardware problems.I was unable to pay this price and the salesperson immediately offered the possibility of a 30-50% discount. The rigid markup of the pricing of other companies unwilling to be cost-effective is far too profit-minded and looks to take advantage of desperate companies looking to recover their data at any cost.Overall conclusion: data retrieval did a great job on everything.

My little nephew split his cup all over my beloved MacBook. After that it started to make strange noises and an unpleasant smell was immersing from inside. I shut it down quickly and I didn't dare turn it on again until I find a company that would be able to clean it up. I came across Data Retrieval Recovery Services and called them. I brought my Mac Book in their office and they said they would do an Apple Mac Data Recovery and call me in a few days. They called me in 3 days and told me it was all set. I couldn't believe it. I thought that's all over with it! When I picked it up, it was as good as new. You guys perform miracles. Thank you Data Retrieval.
