Nathan Beard was great. He helped me out with every question I had. This dealership was a little further away than the local place but I decided to compare prices and when I called the price was significantly lower, Nate explained to me the Rebates and I realized that the "local" dealer was holding back some of the rebates. Thanks for honesty and great service.

I will try and keep this short...I had an great experience dealing with Nathan Beard at Dick Smith Ford. I wasn't even looking to buy a Truck, Nate offered me a test drive and the rest is history. Class act at this place, they will not do you wrong.

When I meet Eric Basiliere, it was on the new truck side and I told him "I'm buying a car this weekend, give me your price on this truck". Eric went right ahead without wasting my time and beat every other dealerships offer. I went home for a couple of days, thought about it and Eric's price was the best. I bought my new F-150 that weeks Saturday. great service at a low price- Dick Smith Ford & Eric.

First Class service is what I wanted and is definetly what I recieved at Dick Smith Ford. I worked with Nathan Beard who showed me every SUV on the lot. I was looking for something with room but pretty decent gas mileage and the selection did not leave me wanting. Picked out the Ford Escape and have not regretted it one bit. Huge props to Nate and gang at Dick smith Ford

I love my Ford Fusion....I worked with a gentleman name Nathan Beard...who was VERYknowledgable. I opted for the v6 sport model, little more pricey but I was sold on the test drive...plenty of power and drove like a 2 door sports car. Pricing was not an issue Nate hooked me up off the rip with a great price (partly cuz I told him what I wanted to pay) and there was no ordeal with my beater trade in. Awesome Job

Robert Hiller was great. He was helpful and the process did not take long. The entire staff was a pleasure to do business with. Robert explained all the safety features and rating for the Ford Fiesta. My family will return to Dick Smith Downtown.

Talk about selection! I have never seen so many F-150's in all of my life! It's truly incredible how many trucks and cars Dick Smith Ford has in inventory. I bought my truck from Roger Neal and the guys there at Dick Smith Ford and not only was the selection good but the service I received was even better. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy a new or even used vehicle to run on down to Dick Smith Ford and see Roger and the guys because they will take good care of you!

I am extremely pleased with the way business is done at Dick Smith Ford. Nathan Beard was my salesman and he is an absolute winner!!! Told me to leave my worries at the door but be very inquisitive...I thought of every question in the book, if he didn't know the answer he found it. The buying process was short and to the point showed me my rebate and finance options, something the other place didn't do. Easy experience and I have to thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection of cars they have a Dick Smith Ford. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without having to drive all over town. What really sets Dick Smith Ford apart from the other dealers is how easy they are to work with especially Roger Neal. He really made me a good deal and made us feel like we were at home. I was desperate for a truck and I decided to give Dick Smith Ford a shot and see what they could do for me. That's when I meet Eric Basiliere(salesman). He knew his inventory from head to toe. He need exactly what F-150 would allow me to have the payments that I had in mind. Once he showed it to me, he showed me all the interesting features and the was it. I was in and out in less than 2hrs. Eric did an amazing job and I'm happy with him and his great organization.

My fourth Mustang purchase was my favorite!!! The 5.0 is way stronger than it use to be and Ronnie Walrath at Dick Smith Ford is not your typical salesman. Let me tell you about this salesman I meet a couple of days ago. His name is Eric Basiliere and he works for Dick Smith Ford of Downtown. My husband and I needed a car that gets good gas mileage, that's when Eric made our day. He pointed us out to all the good gas mileage car and I fell in love with the new Fiesta. Eric explain to us all the advantages and technological features of the Fiesta, as well as he was easy to deal with. I know where I'll be buying all my cars from now on and from who.

Always taking the pressure of the customer and making the car buying experience a fun one. He handle all the paper work, all I had to do was sign and drive. I had Mustang fever and went hunting. Ran into Nathan Beard at Dick Smith Ford who was not afraid to let me shop. Looked over the cars for about 3 hours, test drove several and decided to take a day or two to think about it.....no harassing phone calls or pressure...I showed back up 3 days later without a look of surprise Nate said "which one you want"...I laughed felt Like I was buying a car from a buddy.

I was very happy with my experience with Nathan Beard (salesman) at Dick Smith Ford. He along with the whole staff was friendly, very knowledgeble and listened to what I had to say the whole time. I needed a car that I could afford, wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles, just an A to B car for work that saved me money in gas cost.......introduced me to the Focus and could not be happier.

I came into the dealership with High Expectations and everyone of those expectations were met. My salesman (Nathan) was phenomenal...courteus, listened well and answered all of my concerns. We went over almost every small to midsize car they had and even after several test drives their was proffesional attitude all the way through. What a place!!!!
