Do not give your money to this guy! I had to call 4 times after he finally came to my house. He never gave me his promised estimate, even though he promised to call me back 3 times. The last time was when I said I wanted my money back. His address is fake, it is not even a valid address. Since there is no way to contact him through mail, I cannot even take him to small claims. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

do not use this repair guy!!! he was late and lacks customer service skills. he came over looked at our fridge from the back panel un plugged it and set a follow up appt. he was very quick to take his $65 service fee and said hes not sure what the problem is. he came back a few days later and was late again. he reset the fridge like I already have and gave my wife attitude explaining why customers are a pain to him... he still was unsure of what the problem is, he left and never gave a quote... called and left him several messages with no response. finally called him from a different # and he answered. he finally gave me a quote for $600 plus dollars to repair my fridge. He doesnt know what hes doing!!!! Never looked at our coils or drain plug. I called samsung and they said he is not a certified tech for there products which he said he was. I had a certified tech come out and fix our fridge 1st call for under $170.

This is the worst service I have ever received. When we called he said he could come out the same day, which he did. After he left he stated he would call that night to give us an estimate of how much it would cost to repair. He never called. We left 2 messages before he called us. He stated he could come out the next day to fix it. It took him 4 days to come out (after 20 calls from us), he came out and "fixed" it, took our check and left. When we started the dryer a min after he left, it didn't work. We called him right away and he stated he was on his way to another job and wouldn't be able to come back until the next day to look at it. He was only 5 min from our house, but refused to come back and finish the job! Don't waste your time or money on this guy!!

This is a very shady operation with extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They came to my house, when only my friend was here, to help with a freezer problem. He said he would call the next day to update me on what was needed and took a check for $85.00. He never called, and when I finally called him late in the afternoon to introduce myself as the owner and inquire what the problem was, he stated he didn't like my attitude on the phone and said he did not want to fix my freezer. He said he would return the $85.00 via a money order. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no sign of my money.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. We had a Bosch dishwasher that was in need of repair before Thanksgiving. The owner of this company told us he could fix it before the holiday. Six weeks later and after charging us $450.00 for a new pump it still was not working and he would not return any of our phone calls. We have since discovered from a reputable appliance repair company that we simply had a block in our disposal line and there was never a thing wrong with the dishwasher. We have never run across such such poor service in our lives and were extremely disappointed. Please protect yourselves and don't make the mistake we made in trying to conduct business with Mr. TV Appliance Services.

I had a firm appointment for Gig Harbor Mr. TV and Appliance repair to come between 2-4pm. I told them it was a house I had just bought and was trying to get my refrigerator working before we could completely move in. I told them we had to drive 1 hr 10 min to get there to the house to meet them. I asked to let me know as soon as possible if we needed to reschedule. I made the appointment over a week in advance. I called the day before to verify the date and time. After driving over and waiting till 4:30pm, I tried calling to see if they were running late. I got a recording just stating the phone # with a message the mail box was full. I kept calling back and finally got hold of them. I was told they were to busy to call and that they had a commercial customer who was more important. I asked why they couldn't bother to call when they decided to bump me. I reminded them of the distance I had to drive to meet them and that I had to take off work to do it. I reminded them of my request when making the appointment to call me if there were any problems. They told me that didn't matter and after telling me to shut up, they hung up. They never even apologized, were rude, angry and had the worse customer service I have ever seen.

Everyone I've worked with at Gig Harbor Mr. TV Appliance Services has been so friendly and kind. The prices seemed to be quite reasonable and the staff was very helpful. I felt like they were actually trying to work with me, not against me just to make more money.??
