I recommend this firm very highly. Jason Pintar is a great attorney, he is very personable and explains things in a way that I could understand and relate to (unlike other attorneys I contacted!). He handled my separation agreement and divorce. If you need a divorce, separation agreement or other matrimonial matter and even for estate planning in San Jose, hire this firm!

I have worked with Jason a couple of times as both my family and estate attorney. He helped us create a living trust to protect my family and assets. He was also a fantastic resource for my friend who was going through family and divorce trouble. Jason and his staff were always helpful and made sure they did everything possible to help us. His office is located in San Jose and was easy to get to. I highly recommend you talk with Jason for any question related to family, divorce, estates, or trusts.
