I wasn't sure how, or to whom, I should send this... but I wanted to send my sincerest "Thank You" to the support staff. Due to my own stupidity, I accidentally deleted my public_html directory. However, I was back online in less than 10 minutes after submitting my support ticket.

I have been with several web hosts over the years, but have remained with Level Ten Hosting due to your excellent support, pricing, features, and above all... courteous and professional staff.

I am very happy with the service. It was rather a shock to have my 'old' site pulled out from under me, for whatever reasons, and I had to scramble blindly in the dark, as it were. So, by, more or less, happenstance, I found leveltenhosting.com. I found also, that there was a real person answering my questions and providing suggestions which I was free to research and decide on--or not, as they say. Many places, whatever their true reality, appear to be large, somewhat unapproachable; "cyber edifices" and they tend to respond as such. Secondly, I found the upload of the site to be very fast and uncomplicated using the ftp software with which I had become familiar. While the price of the service was not my primary criteria in looking for a host, ease of use and reliability were the main factors, it appears that leveltenhosting.com does have a core philosophy, as opposed to simply a marketing approach, regarding economical internet services.

Thanks for your time, and I do want you guys to know, that of the several sites I have managed for people, yours is by far the least hassle company yet. I spend so much time having to trouble shoot and wonder why the site is down for heavenly hosting (as an example) that I can hardly enjoy it being up. However, with you guys, its been pretty much no chore at all, and I have been able to seamlessly enjoy the site even as you do upgrades. Anyway, thanks for your time!

I have been using Level Ten Hosting over 2 years. I can not tell you the number of times they have helped me with situations. Even some that I don't think really had anything to do with them. I have a dedicated server with close to 80 websites on it. Whenever I have a problem, I simply send a ticket and within a very short time the problem is addressed.

We switched to Level Ten Hosting because our last host was getting worse and worse. Our site was frequently down and the old host techs kept telling me there was no problem. We have a business and can't afford for our site to be down.To my knowledge the site has never been down since we switched to Level Ten Hosting and it's a faster connection.

Level Ten Hosting's cpanel is light years ahead of my last host. It is a hugely useful cpanel. It not only gives you all sorts of traffic statistics for your site, but it also shows 404 link errors and other such errors. Adding subdomains and other such stuff is a breeze.

I've only called support once. They answered right away and fixed the problem right away. The problem was some annomus ftp was using up my bandwidth. The tech blocked them and I've had no problems since.

I have been with Level Ten Hosting for just over 6 months. In that time I have not had one single issue or down time. The control panel is so superior over the garbage that AIT provided, I just had no idea what I was missing.

Not only do my websites run flawlessly, but I've been able to set up two extensive, professional store fronts and generate sales at no additional cost. The Mcart that AIT offered was an embarassment.

I am extremely pleased with Level Ten Hosting and their tech staff and would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.
