Wish there was a rating for no stars. Made 2 appointments with them. The first with the owner Sade, who failed to tell the staff about the date. Made a second appointment with a gent named Franklin. Said he'd call to confirm. Never did. I was home an hour before the appointment time and 3 hours later no one had shown nor had they called to cancel.

Called Sade to ask what was going on. She said she had no knowledge of this gig. I told her about not receiving a confirmation call. She wanted to know why I hadn't called them? I told her it's not my job to do their job. When I asked why we hadn't been called with a cancellation her only defense was that they were so overwhelmed due to the heavy response from the living social advertisement. So it was my fault I asked. I apologized for my unprofessionalism as a customer.

Living social was very happy to refund our money. and apologized profusely. DO USE THESE CLOWNS

Would not recommend this company at all. As with others, I purchased a voucher for cleaning services through Living Social. Numerous telephone calls and emails went unanswered. When someone did finally get in touch with me, we scheduled an appointment which was rescheduled. After letting the person know through email that the new day would be fine and submitting my phone number with every call and email, the company did not show. I sent two emails in order to express my displeasure with the no show and received a response stating that I didn't follow through I was responsible for them not showing because I didn't submit to them any contact information.

Living social is very gracious in refunding the money spent in the form of credits that can be used for other deals. I am grateful to them for that. I hope they don't pay their clients until work has been done. I. I won't recommend One Stop Cleaning to anyone and plan on contacting the BBB in regards to their practices.

No one called, i emailed an hour after they were scheduled to show up and never heard back! I have a 10month old baby and have scheduled my entire day around this appointment 3 times!! I do not recommend this business.
3 months later i have given up on getting my house cleaned by this company and thankfully living social refunded my money no questions asked. Thank you all for reviewing before me, big help!!

If there was a rating of less than 1 star, I would give it to this company. I purchased 2 vouchers from livingsocial, which is 4 hours of cleaning. I emailed them right away, since at that time, it was the only way I could find that I could contact them, and they did get back to me quickly and we setup an appt for a 4 hour time slot on a Friday. So I took off of work and did a little precleaning, and sat and waited and waited and waited and waited, and they never showed and never called to say they wouldn't be showing. I called and left them a message and emailed them, and they haven't called me back or emailed me back at all, and this was 3 weeks ago. I'm so dissatisfied with this company, I don't know how they'd stay in business. Thankfully, livingsocial does refunds...

1. They did a Living Social deal and oversold it so it was impossible to get an appointment within a month of actually buying it.

2. When the day of the appointment finally came, the person who was supposed to come clean my apartment called me 2 hours before to let me know that they had to cancel because the company booked 3 simultaneous appointments for him because the Living Social deal was so popular. He then rescheduled the appointment for 2 weeks later.

3. I called the company to discuss my displeasure with them and the person who answered (and who schedules the appointments) denied what the other employee said and told me that he had to cancel because he got a flat tire the night before and his whole schedule was off. I confronted her about the two different stories and she refused to accept responsibility. I hung up out of frustration.

4. The first employee called me back 2 hours later to tell me that the scheduler told him he had to call me to cancel the appointment we rescheduled because I was ""too rude to her.""

On the bright side, Living Social gave me my refund in about 2 minutes. Someone needs to learn that good customer service goes a long way...especially when you're in a service industry.

Bought this deal on Living Social. My husband and I just moved and this company came out and did a great job cleaning our basement. They were very courteous in booking, and thorough in cleaning. Will definitely use again... highly recommended!
