This place was only professional on my first visit. I had a cleaning on my first visit and then returned for a filling. The filling took 2.5 hours and was excruciating. The dentist ignored my pain and wouldn't even allow me a break to close my mouth once. It was extremely unpleasant. Afterwards I was informed that I needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled. He would like to do it within the next 2 weeks and was very frustrated when I told him I wouldn't be able to for at least a month, since it was very expensive. In addition, they do not have the facilities to put me under so I would be awake for the surgery. I asked if they could refer me to an oral surgeon who could perform the surgery with anesthesia. It was here that things became extremely unpleasant. They told me they would call me with a referral list but never did; I followed up and they continued to tell me they would call me back with the list but never did. I finally found a surgeon through a friend and called to have my X-rays released. They charge the patients $35 to release their X-rays; these are X-rays the patient and/or their insurance have already paid to have done but its an additional $35 for them to email them to you due to administrative costs. I wish I got paid $35 per email I write! In addition, after I drove out to their office, signed the release form, and paid the $35, they only emailed me half of my X-rays. After they gave me some story about how I didn't tell them I wanted ALL of my X-rays so it isn't their fault, they rudely hung up on me. This was terrible service and I am extremely disappointed.
