I am a huge fan of good customer service. I will pay more money to get good customer service because once I get good customer service, I trust the business and that it&#39;s taking care of my best interests. The receptionist was warm and friendly as I was expecting. I arrived about 10 minutes late, <br />But I had my paper already filed out so the doctor seen me in like 2 mins. Vick performed some tests on me and he was pleasant. </p> <p>After those initial tests, I sat down. Dr. Arora introduced himself, &quot;Hi I??m Dr. Arora &quot;, I was impressed. I felt like I was talking to a regular person. She was professional and answered all of my questions. I had dry eyes I used some drops that Dr Arora gave me and 2 weeks later I started wearing contact lenses. <br />Dr. Arora was so nice and articulate and she let me know exactly what was going on.
