I went in just to check out the new FRS after following them for awhile I really wanted one, but was stuck in a upside down car loan. After test driving the FRS I really wanted it, and after spending much time with me Alex worked with me and got an amazing deal including my trade it that me and everyone else assisting were surprised at how great it was. I purchased our new 2013 Camry at Toyota of Orlando. Our product sales person was Dennis Lofgren and he did an excellent job at explainng all the features of the Toyota Camry to us, which made us love the Camrys. Our Salesman was Bud and he was great at working with us to get us into a payment that fit our budget, he was super patient with us as we changed our mind between cars numerous times before settling on the white camry. Jean La Cock (financial services) did an excellent job at helping us with our final paper work. The new facility is great and all the people are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend going here to get your next car. I was extremely impressed with all the individuals at the dealership and the dealership itself. Were happy to be new Toyota Camry owners.
Dealing with Toyota Of Orlando was the best new car dealer experience that I have ever had. Matt Koko showed us as many cars as we requested to see and explained features tirelessly. We also worked with Birdie Friedell who worked with getting our finances and kept us informed and never left us sitting for long. Then we got our final paperwork done by Shawn Sibley who was very efficient and smart. With these kind of people working for them, Toyota of Orlando should do award winning business in Florida.

She answered all my questions; I felt that I was doing business with a very honest person. John, and Jumal were also very professional, helpful, and courteous. What a horrible place!!! Bad service!! Every department every employee especially management-just garbage! Rude arrogant ignorant low class people!! I hate to say this but I hope they go out of business and they lose their jobs they don't deserve jobs - such grimy people work there - they overcharge and make a mockery of the business go anywhere else but here!
Everyone was super friendly and was willing to try and go the extra mile to get me the car that I wanted. It was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had in an extremely long time. Patrick Lynch in sales took the time that I needed to make sure I found what I liked. Financing went out of there way to find a bank that would give me a second chance at rebuilding my credit. The biggest shock was no money down. Lastly, Alicia Brown provided fast and friendly service. She made sure the paper signing when quickly. She also took the time to teach me how to sync my phone to my car to have access to my music and contacts. Way to go Toyota. You guys will always be five stars in my book.
I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle before!! I was totally amazed how well everyone treated me and never once did anyone try to push me to buy addition things or a higher priced car!! I am still in shock at how well I was treated!! NO pressure involved!!

i saw the 2012 camry L , under "new specials" for $18900.this special in available at www.toyotaoforlando.com .i drove 142 miles roundtrip and made made a deal with MIKE RUSH for $21K out the door, and interest rate 2 or 3%. i asked the copy of the deal, but MIKE RUSH refused to give me copy of the paper.
i went 2 days later again with a friend to pick up the car ( another 5 hours and 142 miles) but MIKE RUSH denied everything he said, did not provide the paper work the deal was written, totally denied everything he said. he said the car is not available anymore, (but if YOU go to website it is STILL there for $18900) he said price is 23500 and interest rate is 4.9%
i wasted 5 hours of my and my friends time, and drove 142 miles and wasted gas, to hear that the advertised car is sold. ( although after our first visit, they called us and confirmed the deal of $21K out the door)AND THE CAR IS STILL AVAILABLE AS I WRITE THESE LINES.
if he really said these numbers i wouldnt go there again in the first place.
do yourself a favor, if you go toyota of orlando, or get a copy of everything they promise, or dont go for the second time, because with employees like MIKE RUSH , it wont happen.
Attention on the Compound:
Toyota of Orlando Rocks. They rock for one reason and one reason only and that is due to Dan Duncan. Each and every time I take my car in to be service, Mr. Dan Duncan take us under his wing. Mr. Duncan is always in high spirits, keeps us laughing, and make sure we are happy with T.O.O. before we leave out of their doors. For several years I've walked around stating "Customer Service is Dead" due to such horrible service you receive every where, but this is definitely not the case at Toyota of Orlando and that is due to Mr. Duncan.
Several months ago we moved from Orlando to Kissimmee (About 61 miles from Toyota of Orlando) and we were shopping for a new Mechanic to handle the maintenance for our Toyo Camry. We took our car T.O.O for the last time for a simple oil change and was serviced by Mr. Duncan. All I can say is "Wow"! Because of Mr. Duncan we take that 61 mile drive to continue to have our vehicle serviced by T.O.O. If we were to show up on a day Mr. Duncan is not at work, we will turn around and go home and come back on the day that he is working. Fortunately for us we have his card ;).
Thanks to Toyota of Orlando for keeping our vehicle running at top performance, but a HUGE THANKS to Mr. Duncan for changing my mind as "Great Customer Service is still ALIVE!"

After a bit of a "run-around" walking me all over the lot looking for the specific car I had seen online and called to ask about (and, I assume, not seeing me show any interest in the other cars), they finally got down to business. I never did see the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, who specifically asked me to ask for him, but things settled in with Mike D. and Jamal, and then things went smoothly. I did not get a high-powered sales pitch and when I declined the array of options, they were removed without a fight, and some reasonable tinkering was done on the final price to bring it within the range of where I could get behind it. Jamal and Mike were courteous and professional, and the car has, so far, seemed ideal. My only problem at the moment is that I was told by Jamal that the car was equipped with bluetooth, and I can't find it, and from the owners manual, it does not seem to be installed. It is a minor issue that I am sure they will correct, and I would certainly come back to Toyota of Orlando in the future!
I am on a business trip from New Jersey when I notice that may Rav4 needs servicing so I take it to Toyota of Orlando and Kevin Hare service my Rav4 . I was out of there no less than an hour Kevin keep me posted , he will turn out to be a great service guy keep up the good job kevin ,
My service manager was Emil Pellino. He is an experienced and professional representative. I have been a customer here for over 10 years. Emil is a service manager that can be trusted. I want to write a second favorable review but the insider pages site is poorly designed...Good thing Toyota Of Orlando and Emil do it right.
When I tell my friends that I go to a dealership to get my 2001 Carolla worked on they look at me funny, but I am addicted to the great service I get! Thank you Juan Arana! He is always honest regarding the service I need, without pressuring me to get something more. It's nice to be able to trust someone!
The best thing one can say about a service business is that they did or provided what they said they would. My service rep was Rafael Hernandez and he was very helpful and understanding of the difficult situation in which I found myself. I got the service work I needed, he did what he said and came though in the time frame promised. What more can you ask?
I had the great pleasure of having Collen Sargent as my Service Writer. Colleen is extremely knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. I had concerns about some issues with my Prius and Colleen was familiar with my concerns and explained what repairs were needed. Colleen is super friendly and told me how much she loves her job. Once you meet Colleen you will immediately recognize what a great personality and positive attitude she has. Colleen Sargent is a Great Service Writer who knows her business, and I can not say enough good things about her. (In addition, I have never had a bad experience at Toyota of Orlando and highly recommend this dealership).
Don Van Wie was great he was very knowledgable and polite, he also made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. I was a first time buyer and he made the process very easy and relaxing. The atmosphere was great and there was never a time when i felt pressured in any way. Also the time that it took to sign and drive away in my new car was great. I would reccomend this location to anyone.
John Rios was the greatest sales representative i have met in my life, he never pressured me into buying, He helped me to get the best deal and price. He thoroughly explained all the information, he made it plain and simple, he welcomed my input and questions and made the entire experience great. As a first time buyer i was very impressed with the level of service.
Last but by no means lease Danny the first person i met who introduced me to my new car, was great, he knew every detail about the car, he could promptly answer all the questions i had. He was also were polite and friendly.

I, Mau and my husband, Tuan went to Toyota of Orlando to prepair my front brake. I met Mr. Tony Ferrendo. He is very kind an helpful. He helped me to diagnosed my truck problems and then helped me to fix my Toyota 4 Runner perfectly. Now, my truck runs very smoothly, no noises. And the best, Tony helped me to save money and also prevent some dangerous problems of rear axle oil leaking on the road. We are highly recommended the Toyota of Orlando Service Department and especially, TONY RERRENDO with excellent customer satisfaction.
I went to Toyota of Orlando for new tires for my well cared for 2002 Highlander. Emil Pellino is my trusted Service Advisor and today he took the best care of me and my car with a set of new Bridgestones. I have a Lexus, but I take it to Toyota because it has the same basic construction and parts. I find it is much cheaper than Lexus of Orlando, and the staff at Toyota, particularly Tony Ferrando who is my service representative, is also much more pleasant to be around. You would think Lexus would treat their customers as good or better than Toyota, but they seem to think you should be thankful just to get in the door and worship their coffee station.
I trust Tony with my car, and I trust him with my money. I am happy to have found a place where I don't have to keep one hand over my wallet as I walk in and out of the building. He is of a dying breed.....trustworthy and sincere in a sea of people that are simply out to get you. Keep up the good work Tony, and thanks again. -D. Davis
I always bring my car to Toyota orlando for service and I am most of the time pleased because of the people working there like Juan and Colleen Sargent who greet me when they see. Both of them are the symbols of Customer Service. Colleen knows her work. She as a woman can relate to my needs when it comes to caring for my car. Very knowledgeable and professional. Juan is just a great guy. He should be promoted because he has that huge smile and greeting when a customer comes. Of course i have dealt with him in the past as well but to my surprise he remembers me and alsways greets me with a smile. Please thank them for me for a job well done.
Tony Ferrando is one of the most courteous employees in the service department at Toyota of Orlando. Even though he was very busy,Tony took the time to explain to us exactly what was going to be done on the car. He kept updating us on the progress and made sure we left the facility without any concerns. I would definitely schedule my next appointment with Tony.

I would not trust my Toyota to any other place! Toyota of Orlando provides a one stop shop for me, helping me save time and providing me convenience. They have excellent prices in used Toyotas as well. I refered a friend for service and he was delighted with the service he received. The service consultant, Agustin, was very helpful. Since he spoke in spanish my friend was able to comunicate and understand clearly what was wrong with his vehicle. I was glad my referral turned out great!
