Responded quickly and made the repairs. AC worked when he left but in the morning it wasn't cold and it was very warm in my condo before he returned in the afternoon to find a loose wire. The AC is still working. He was pleasant even on the call-back. I would recommend him again. Stuff happens. Thanks
