I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and it has brought my fitness to a whole new level. I was getting bored at the regular gym, lifting weights and hitting the treadmill on my own. At CF Stumptown, though, it's a new workout every day and I can see major improvements in my fitness in just a few months -- improvements that would have taken a LOT longer and might not even have happened on my own.

The key difference is having the knowledgeable coaches and the other members at the gym. The coaches give great tips and make sure we're performing the exercises correctly to get the most out of them for whatever fitness level you're at. The workouts are tough, and intense, but they're always scalable so that advanced athletes and newbies are both challenged.
And I love the friendly bunch of folks I've met working out there! It's great to actually meet and talk to people at the gym, rather than just sweating next to someone while you both listen to iPods.

Bottom line: Quit your regular gym and join CF Stumptown! If my experience is any indication, you'll be fitter and have more fun working out.
