Bob, the owner of The Piano Shoppe, tunes my piano every year. He is pleasant and friendly and I feel comfortable having him in my home. He also has a great ear and does a wonderful job tuning my old piano!

I just called on a sunday morning for some advice. The owner, Bob Kimbal, was SOO helpful on the phone. He gave me lots of good advice and recommended other stores where I could purchase the parts that I needed. He also recommended a place I could take my electronic piano keyboard to be fixed. If I need a new one or I need a piano tuner I will definitely call him. Based on this very helpful conversation I highly recommend The Piano Shoppe of Cary.

The owner Bob sold crappy piano as completely restored one, several keys even had missed strings, pedal was broken too! He'll tell you tuning is free for the first year. It's not easy to get him over to tune, and he did so very quickly and it's still didn't sound right at all. I asked him why so and he replied it sounded great, it's a good piano. I couldn't stand the off-sound of it and finally had someone honest to fix the problems for the second time, as there were so many problems he couldn't finish in one visit.\nHe wasn't surprised when he found out where I got the piano from. So beware, not to shop there! Don't spend a lot of money and much more just to fix what was supposed to be a great piano!\n\n
